Tuesday morning, FBI Director James Comey stepped up to a podium and calmly and methodically demolished every single Hillary Clinton lie, spin, and evasion regarding her misuse of classified information. Months of deception blew up in her face. And then Comey decided to make her president of the United States.
Rarely have 30 minutes of television so perfectly encapsulated the decline and fall of the rule of law and the extraordinary privileges enjoyed by America’s liberal elite. After listing abuse after abuse — and detailing lie after lie — Comey declared that “no reasonable prosecutor” would prosecute Hillary for her obvious and manifest crimes. It’s good to be a Clinton.
As we ponder the magnitude of Hillary’s wrongdoing, consider the facts as uncovered by the FBI investigation. Begin with the stunning and sobering reality that Clinton sent and received Secret and Top Secret information from her unclassified, unsecured e-mail account.

It would be a mistake to consider this outrage in isolation. Scandal and incompetence follow Hillary Clinton like the cloud of filth that accompanies Peanuts’ Pig-Pen. She botched the Libya intervention so thoroughly that the country is now an ISIS playpen. Her State Department left men alone to die in Benghazi, then she misled the American people to cover up her own failure. Her family foundation is a pay-to-play influence-peddling operation. And now we know that she mishandled classified information and lied to conceal her own wrongdoing.
But rules and standards are for the little people. The FBI demolished every Clinton excuse and blew apart every Clinton lie, but soon she might well walk into rooms serenaded to the sweet sounds of “Hail to the Chief.” To paraphrase the words of Benjamin Franklin, we’ve got a banana republic, if Hillary can keep it.

That “no reasonable prosecutor” is a hugely pregnant phrase.
The implied modifier there would be “Faced with the Clintonian witchcraft and wanting to keep his life.”
Hillary lied under oath in congress about the e-mails. If Paul Ryan was not so busy criticizing Trump’s tweets he’d drag Hillary back in there to explain herself.

It sure didn’t take the “DOJ” Fat Lady long to sing. She’s got her government freeloader gig for at least another four years. She doesn’t have to update her resume anytime soon or worry about what the minimum wage is. She played the American people like a cheap ukulele.

Based on the remarks made by Comey that were in stark contrast to all the crap Hillary has stated in her various pubic appearances, how could she NOT be Scooterized. Then it dawned on me. Some pundits were saying that the ‘discussion’ Hillary had at the FBI HQ was going to be tough, brutal, withering, etc. I think Hillary, in all the coolness she could muster, basically told the FBI that their findings are all true, all her public prevarication was a big show, and basically like an old gangster movie, “Come and get me coppers!”. She lowered her voice and said, look, I have crap on all of you. I will go into scorched earth mode and take this whole thing down. My husband appointed Lynch back in the day, I am untouchable, Lynch will never take the case or convene a grand jury, and you can kiss my rather wide bum. To say anything else would get her Scooterized.
It probably would have been anyhow... one more Arkancide later. America lately is so busy preaching, watch out for your own life, no sense sacrificing, that it is hard to blame those who drink that spiritual kool-aid.
I'd be willing to bet that her password for her e-mail was "password".
Anytime I type in the wrong password on g-mail I get a message from them telling me that someone may have attempted to access my account. I've been warned a couple of times by Yahoo that I need to change my password because they thought someone may have tried to hack the account.
Clinton didn't even have that level of protection. Anyone could have hacked her e-mail account, and if she was that careless with her handling of the classified documents, just think how careless she would have been in picking a password.
Comey may be right. No prosecutor would ever take the case. It has Fort Marcy Park written all over it.

IIRC she was not sworn in before her testimony. She was given a license to lie.
OK, she didn’t get her Mirandization. But being the administrator of such, she couldn’t be held harmlessly ignorant.
