General Raymond Thomas “Ray” Odierno is a retired United States Army general who served as the 38th Chief of Staff of the Army.. His arrival time in Iraq would normally be highly classified..the B5 milcciv designation is the level of protocols that will be in force during his visit. Hillary transmitted this as “unclassified”. Normally, a no-no.

Agree. The arrival of a key US military official would not be sent on an unclassified basis because in Iraq, the enemy was constantly rocketing the Green Zone hoping to kill high-ranking Americans and Iraqi officials.
The thought of Cheryl Mills and Hillary having anything to do with our military operations and leaders is sickening.
