Horowitz: The Most Frightening Political Fix The most breathtaking fix in American history.
Truth Revolt ^ | 7/5/16 | David Horowitz

Posted on 07/05/2016 11:43:36 AM PDT by Nachum

Today we have witnessed a most frightening manifestation of the corruption of our political system. Doubly frightening because of what it augurs for all our futures if Hillary Clinton should prevail in the November elections. At the center of this corruption – but hardly alone - are the criminal Clintons – the Bonnie and Clyde of American politics - and their Democratic Party allies; but we should not fail to mention also the Republican enablers who would rather fight each other and appease their adversaries than win the political wars.

We knew they could fix the Department of Justice; we suspected they could fix the FBI. What we didn’t know was that the fixes would be this transparent: the secret meeting with a chief culprit and the DOJ head; the next day announcement by Justice that the Clinton bribery investigations would be postponed until well after the election; the suspiciously brief FBI interrogation of the former Secretary of State who during her entire tenure had recklessly breached national security protocols, deleted 30,000 emails; burned her government schedules; put top secret information onto a hackable server in violation of federal law; and topping it all the failure of the FBI director after enumerating her reckless acts to recommend a prosecution - all within a single week, and just in time for the Democrats’ nominating convention. It was, all in all, the most breathtaking fix in American history.

And if you took a look at Comey during his statement he was sweating like a pig and looked like he’d been to hell and back. He has to keep his job but he also has to know that nobody is buying this crap. After Jan 20th Trump will be taking his resignation.

Four Texas lawmen and two Louisiana lawmen took care of Bonnie and Clyde on 23 May 1034 in Bienville Parish, LA.
According to officer statements,

“”Each of us six officers had a shotgun and an automatic rifle and pistols. We opened fire with the automatic rifles. They were emptied before the car got even with us. Then we used shotguns ... There was smoke coming from the car, and it looked like it was on fire. After shooting the shotguns, we emptied the pistols at the car, which had passed us and ran into a ditch about 50 yards on down the road. It almost turned over. We kept shooting at the car even after it stopped. We weren’t taking any chances.” (Wikie)

On the other hand, the Clintons are headed back to the White House. God Bless America!

Comely did not have to lay out all that detail in his brief
I think he did to clearly show Hillary is guilty which it does

I think he is hoping the public and other political analysts will demand action

He is afraid to do it

Well, let us take a moment to look at Hillary Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State:

1. While Secretary of State, the interests of the United States and her allies were weakened, while the interests of those hostile to the US were strengthened.
2. She allowed the safety of United States diplomatic personal at a U.S. embassy in Benghazi (which is considered American soil) to twist in the turbulent winds of anti-American terrorism, even though she had plenty of opportunity to come to their aid.
3. According to FBI director James Comey, not only was SHE reckless and irresponsible with regard to handling classified information, the entire State Department, under her direction, was singled out as being disaster at handling such information.
4. And, oh yeah, some $6 billion came up missing when she was Secretary of State.

I think that there is a strong case for her being the Worst Secretary of State ever

But really not surprising ion the least. They all but telegraphed that a fix was forthcoming.

By calling for a force outside Washington D.C. the author of this article is coming close to calling for the necessary revolution. Washington’s Elites are now attempting to place themselves beyond control and seeking leave to fulfill their lust for money, power and perks without restraint. ORGANIZE TO FIGHT IF NECESSARY.

Comey’s decision is indeed self-serving in a couple of respects. First, he probably dislikes Trump more than he dislikes Hillary and believes that a criminal referral could increase the likelihood of a Trump presidency. Second, he probably realizes how uncomfortable his position would be as FBI director if he recommended charges against Hillary and she later became president (and his boss), not to mention the disapproval that he would receive from the Obama administration.

The mechanism by which he reached his decision was the exercise of discretion that exists at all levels of the criminal justice system. The decision to charge a suspect is often based on a subjective impression of how the “interests of justice” would be best served. This can include considerations other than evidence of actual guilt, such as the “political exception” in which the legal system is often (not always) reluctant to preempt the electorate in choosing their leaders. Of course, this exception can be—and often is, as here—applied in a misguided, self-serving, inconsistent and incoherent manner that actually harms the public interest and undermines respect for our system of government.

Two comments. First. Trump ads will run with comey’s fact finding -— over and over.
Second, what has emerged today is the clear lie comey told imputing the “intent” standard to 18 USC 793f where it does not exist. The standard is “gross negligence”. By the way HE IS NOT THE JURY — He is an investigator!! Why was this not presented to a grand jury?? What is going on here? He admits tons of evidence— He lies about there being an “intent” requirement where there was none and then he recommend no prosecution because of intent? There is something very wrong with this man.

“After Jan 20th Trump will be taking his resignation.”

I think that is the least of his worries he betrayed the wrong people and fell for the BS from the Washington Cartel. Paul Rino made a statement today condemning this but unless we see action it is no more than Kabuki Theatre. If this is so then Plan B must be applied with extreme prejudice.

She did all that either under orders from Obama or she acted independently with no objections from Obama.

What is needed is an outside political force that will begin the job by putting the interests of our country first again.

I think he means that people should vote in November. You can count on me. I am going to vote.

"To be clear this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions but that’s not what we’re deciding here." - James Comey Director FBI, July 5, 2016

IOWs...

"Let me make it clear that Democrats do not have to obey any laws whatsoever. There will be no consequences if they do but they will have the full force and power of the U.S. Federal government to dish out consequences to any who oppose them."

Comey just signaled to all liberals/Democrats/Progressives/leftists that they can take the governors off their engines, strip the brakes from their wheels and fully open the nitrous oxide valves. They can put the pedal to the metal and do anything they want to achieve anything they want.

What do you think is going to happen now?

The only trouble is for the American taxpayer, who pays the bills, most of whom follow the law and is at the mercy of a criminal federal government. The United States government has been overthrown by either Communists, Marxists, or Middle Eastern Terrorists, possibly all of them, it is complete and that is not hyperbole.
