To be clear this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions but thats not what were deciding here.

The FBI’s excuse was that she was technologically illiterate. If that really is the case, she should be imprisoned for knowingly being incompetent at her job, and Soetoro should be imprisoned for appointing her to the position.
It’s far more likely that Hitlery knew exactly what she was doing in order to destroy America, but she should be imprisoned or executed in that scenario as well.
The linked article fails to make the distinction between the statutes too.
The legal standard for removal is "knowingly." Neither criminal intent nor gross negligence is required to make a violation.

While he’s whitewashing the whole thing, he does bring up a point about Clinton deserving “sanctions.” She badly bungled everything she did as Secretary of State; our relationship with Russia went to hell, the world is in flames, American diplomats were murdered. Any other person in her circumstances would be fired. They sure as hell would not get promoted.
Comey’s failure to do his duty as FBI Director does not excuse the American electorate from doing their duty in keeping an incompetent criminal out of the White House.
Its sickening to watch a man destroy his own integrity.......if he ever had any.
