Donald Trump took to Twitter with his usual bombast in response to FBI Director James Comey's recommendation that charges not be brought against Hillary Clinton for her handling of classified information in connection to private email servers.
"The system is rigged. General Petraeus got in trouble for far less. Very very unfair! As usual, bad judgment," the GOP's presumptive nominee tweeted.

I am surrounded by liberals where I live and work, and one of them today said they can’t believe she is walking away without charges.
Impeaching does little good without following it up with removal. And that’d require Democrats voting to remove a recently elected leader who won with the populace knowing what she’d done. Not going to happen without immense pressure from the left as well - and why would there be?
Frankly, the House could decline to recognize her election...but that’d be a pretty unimaginable line.
In short...pleading fundamental incompetence...again. That’s like the resolution of the White House Travel Office firings. Yes she did it, but the argument went that the prosecutor couldn’t reliably prove she knew what she was doing.
The fix for president is in. And it’s Hillary. Otherwise she would have been charged. In fact, Lynch would have been hung out to dry for meeting with Clinton.
The Clinton Foundation will continue to be a slush fund and a place for our enemies to buy our secrets.
I predict within two years after Hillary is sworn in there will be no border with Mexico or Canada. It will be the nation of North America. A first step to one world government.
Flame away for my cynicism. But is it really cynicism when the facts are right in front of you?
“I agree its a great opportunity for Trump if he capitalizes on it, quickly, and if GOPe can keep their nevertrump mouths shut.”
On the contrary, the #NeverTrump nimrods on Twitter are doubling down. I believe those people are truly insane. They are just fine with Hillary winning, anyone but that “evil”, “ UnChristian” Trump.
At this point I hate the NeverTrumpers as much, if not more, than the Obamabots & Hillary supporters. HATE THEM.
It’s also very telling that the #NeverTrumpers passionately defend & support Paul Ryan. Tells everything you need to know about their sacred “principles”.

I’m afraid you’re absolutely correct. I’m not surprised by this outcome because I have absolutely no faith in anyone in the District of Corruption.
Sadly, it’s time to research the immigration policies of other countries..
This change puts unprecedented power in the hands of every individual, according to Harvards Nicco Mele.
Its a radical redistribution of power that our traditional institutions dont and perhaps cant understand. As if that wasnt enough, he adds, Radical connectivity is toxic to traditional power structures.
Americans injured by this incident, are able to file suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Historically, under the doctrine of sovereign immunity, you were not permitted to sue the king. Sovereign immunity has carried over to modern times in the form of a general rule that you cannot sue the government unless the government says you can.
Fortunately, the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) allows certain kinds of lawsuits against federal employees who are acting within the scope of their employment. And not doing their job to protect the US from high crimes and misdemeaners is one of them,
If you believe you may have a claim for negligence (careless conduct, or other wrongful or tortious conduct) against a federal agency or employee, you must first determine whether you can sue the federal government under the FTCA.
Although the limitations and exceptions are too numerous to review here, here are some general guidelines regarding the limitations on FTCA claims:
Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).
The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendants employment.
In general, only claims of negligence as opposed to intentional misconduct are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).
The claim must be based on and permitted by the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.
Despite these and numerous other limitations on FTCA lawsuits, the federal government still pays out millions of dollars each year to compensate FTCA claims. Maybe it will get someones attention. And Ill bet I can find at least one hundred lawyers and a number of organizations that would like to get a piece of Uncle Sugar. (hat tip FReeper redwood71)
