Should she win the presidency, Hillary Clinton would quickly try to find common ground with Republicans on an immigration overhaul and infrastructure spending, risking the wrath of liberals who would like nothing more than to twist the knife in a wounded opposition party.
In her first 100 days, she would also tap women to make up half of her cabinet in hopes of bringing a new tone and collaborative sensibility to Washington, while also looking past Wall Street to places like Silicon Valley for talent — perhaps wooing Sheryl Sandberg from Facebook, and maybe asking Tim Cook from Apple to become the first openly gay cabinet secretary.
Former President Bill Clinton would keep a low public profile, granting few interviews and avoiding any moves that could create headaches for his wife, like his recent meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch during the F.B.I.’s investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s email practices.
Mrs. Clinton would even schmooze differently than the past few presidents have. Not one to do business over golf or basketball, she would bring back the intimate style of former Presidents Ronald Reagan and Lyndon B. Johnson, negotiating over adult beverages. Picture a steady stream of senators, congressmen and other leaders raising a glass and talking policy in the Oval Office with her and her likely chief of staff, John D. Podesta, as her husband pops in with a quick thought or a disarming compliment.

What a joke. If anything will come out of this final showdown in the downfall of our country, it is that the Democrats will have nowhere to hide and truth about their policies will be just what conservatives said all along. There’s been warning, but the media and Democrats strategy of shouting racism will show how many idiots have taken over this country in November. It’s been too much wit Obama, but corrupt moves by this administration are deliberately suppressed by their evil counterparts in the media. Ironic how Democrats made a recovery in image under Bill appearing to do good from work of outstanding conservative Govs and legislatures and GOP Congress and yet if Hillary gets in there will be no escaping their destructive policies that are already in place and ready to implode this nation. Funny how if they get the power they’ve been aiming for they will make the history for eternity for bringing the United States down. Within 20 yrs we will see it.

yes, “tone and sensibility” is SO much more important than capability, competence and results.

And having the first openly gay cabinet secretary is even MORE important than “tone and sensibility”, much more important than actually solving any of our national problems, like the failure of our manufacturing industries and the failure to employ our citizens in life-sustaining work that rewards our labor with payment sufficient for our families to pursue life, liberty and happiness.

Hillary: Drink!

Hillary: I mean is, to drink with Republicans, in the spirit of bipartisanship.

Frankly I don't see much enthusiasm developing for voting for Republicans for either House. You can vote for principles but there are none once your candidate gets to DC.

"Trying to find common ground on an immigration overhaul" dishonestly suggests that we GOPers want an immigration overhaul (aka scorched earth for our borders, language, culture, way of life, as well as a loss of the current near parity of numbers of eligible voters between the two major political parties .)
Our preference is for immigration laws to be enforced and border security to be air tight.

Transvestites and Moslems. Should she be allowed to become President she will owe Hussein big time and will do as Valerie dictates. Hussein does not give up the Sultanate just because he is no longer President. He, with his Grand Vizier Jarrett, will still be the ruler. Congress, even if filled with good men cannot retrieve the Republic. It has given up its power to the Executive and has become simply an advisory body to the Executive whose function is to make noise and pass whatever the Democrat/Sultan decrees.
Nobody knows what she would do. She is such a liar. She has been on every side of every issue. She panders to each audience. And she has no scruples. But she is above the law. She can commit every crime and get away with it. Not because she is clever. But because she has bought obedience. And sold out this country.
But she's flexible on the immigration thing.
