Well, thanks LUV W. Yesterday was in fact in adventurous day.

We drove around Waurika Lake and the city of Waurika. Haven't driven down there in awhile.

Then we had a line of storms come into our area. Lightning from one of the storms took a line down a few blocks from our house and knocked out power to a large part of town for about three hours.

Power did come back on around 8 PM. We did have to reset the router to get it to connect back to the Internet.

We didn't go to bed until around 8:45 PM or so.

Our area is under a Heat Advisory today and tomorrow so we're going to take it easy and not do too much outside for awhile. May do some rides out in the country.

It's 58 and raining up here by the border, with a high of 63 projected. Rain through the week both up here and in Seattle with temps not exceeding 70.

This is unusual for July in the Pacific Northwest. Usually by now we're sunny and in the 70s. I'll be dressing for cold and wet weather for the concerts.
