Oxford University is replacing portraits of famous men with gay, female and black icons to counter its 'male, pale and stale' image, it has emerged.

Earlier this year David Cameron, the Prime Minister, led calls for the university to take more ethnic minority students as figures revealed Oxford had only taken 27 black undergraduate students in 2014.

It followed calls from the Rhodes Must Fall movement to ‘decolonise’ the university’s curriculum.

Obviously having high standards that only a few minorities can meet s racism even though whites have been meeting them for centuries. Diversity was invented as a hiring and school admission qualification simply because it is the one standard whites cannot achieve.

good. They can watch the grade levels fall to ****** D. I took a survey the other day about a company asking what I thought about their commercials promoting gay rights and women’s rights. I said good luck because now you have them as customers in a male straight dominated arena and you’ve lost me and all my friends. Great strategy.
