Judge Pirro: Lynch reveals no charges for Hillary on email

Judge Jeanine Pirro, the longtime prosecutor and judge who now is an analyst for Fox News, on Friday said Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s comments on her private, and secret, meeting with former President Bill Clinton means Hillary Clinton will not be charged over her private email server scandal.

WND reported on the meeting, which happened Monday in Phoenix and was between Bill Clinton and Lynch. She said they talked about golf and grandchildren but not the looming criminal case against Hillary Clinton.

The revelations about the meeting promptly triggered a groundswell of demands that Lynch recuse herself from any decision in the case.

And now Lynch has released a statement that she’ll “accept” the recommendations from the career lawyers and prosecutors in the Department of Justice on the case against Hillary Clinton, in which she reportedly ran the nation’s secret and potentially damaging information through her own, private, email server system.

Uh, hey lala, there is a YUGE difference between "accepting" their recommendations and "ACTING" on the same. So don't "ACT" like this all serious to you and stuff. Not to mention your underlings requesting holding info for another 27 months. SRSLY? Did you infer that down the line? You are a disgrace to the office you occupy.

Obama would be the first witness. Can’t have that.

These people are corrupt to the bone.

Trump should demand that Clinton be charged now and promise that if not, once in office he will make this Job One for his new AG.

Chuckie Shumer wanted Bush’s AG to resign for a lot less controversy than Lynch caused. This government is so corrupt it has to be totally replaced - in every nook and cranny.

This reminds me of the nothing lawyer just out of law school hired by the mob to defend the mob boss.

The prosecution had all the evidence needed to convict-—and as he made his summation to the jury, the prosecution said, “this man is guilty of every crime in the book...but his biggest crime is taking the fifth, refusing to defend himself.”

The nothing layer sprang to his feet and called for a mistrial which was granted....b/c one cannot impugn a motive to a defendant taking the fifth in a court of law.

The mob congratulated the nothing lawyer for being so brilliant.

It was only later the nothing lawyer found out....the mob had paid the prosecution to say what he did.

True story.

Trump should demand that Clinton be charged now

If we had a legitimate government, the entire GOP would be on the Capitol steps having a national news conference, demanding answers and calling for Lynch to step down.

Just listened to Limbaugh interviewing J Christian Adams. Adams said it was enough for Lynch and Clonton to meet. They did not need to discuss anything. Career lawyers at DOJ can read the tea leaves and know to slow walk everything. After all, Hillary will be the next president and these lawyers are not going to jeapordize their careers.

The official announcement that lets her off the hook will come during the Pubbie convention, probably just before Trump’s acceptance speech. This will shift media attention to the #NeverTrump Republicans who will be huffing and puffing over Lynch.

I recall when Edwin Edwards in Lousyana boasted during a reelection campaign that the only way he wouldn’t win was if he was caught in bed with a live boy or a dead girl. This ploy puts Hitlery in similar territory - excepting only a mass terror attack on U.S soil before the election. Even this would provide no guarantee as Obungo would call her in for a photo op to take advantage of her “experience” and thus influence the stooopid voters who wait ‘til the last minute to decide.

REDWOOD 71 POSTED: Secy Hillary had to have signed a DOD form 302 to operate a computer within the scale of the military or DOD. That form is a representation of training on what you can and cannot do on the lines.

If the justice department does not press for the very obvious misuse to the point of possible espionage or treason because she was teaching her subordinates how to by-pass the security systems, then they are not doing the job. Maybe it’s time to sue the government and make sure it hits the papers.

THE MONEY QUOTE--- If you are injured by a government agency, you may be able to sue under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Historically, under the doctrine of “sovereign immunity,” you were not permitted to sue the king. Sovereign immunity has carried over to modern times in the form of a general rule that you cannot sue the government — unless the government says you can. Fortunately, the Federal Tort Claims Act (”FTCA”) allows certain kinds of lawsuits against federal employees who are acting within the scope of their employment. And not doing their job to protect the US from high crimes and misdemeaners is one of them,

If you believe you may have a claim for negligence (careless conduct, or other wrongful or “tortious” conduct) against a federal agency or employee, you must first determine whether you can sue the federal government under the FTCA. Although the limitations and exceptions are too numerous to review in this article, here are some general guidelines regarding the limitations on FTCA claims:

• Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).

• The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendant’s employment.

• In general, only claims of negligence — as opposed to intentional misconduct — are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).

• The claim must be based on — and permitted by — the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.

Despite these and numerous other limitations on FTCA lawsuits, the federal government still pays out millions of dollars each year to compensate FTCA claims. Maybe it will get someone’s attention. And I’ll bet I can find at least one hundred lawyers and a number of organizations that would like to get a piece of Uncle Sugar. Maybe it’s time.

Who stupid do they think we are?

An unscheduled meeting in an out-of-the-way airport with SS and FBI guarding the door. A press blackout and ban on pictures and interviews.

And this is all so they can discuss golf and grandchildren?

We already know, based on PUBLIC information that Hillary broke multiple laws regarding the safe handling of classified information. For example, SHE INSTRUCTED A SUBORDINATE TO REMOVE CLASSIFICATION HEADINGS IN ORDER TO SEND SAID INFORMATION VIA INSECURE MEANS. THAT IS A FELONY and a violation of her signed oath to protect such information!!!!

We don't need Comey to know Hillary committed crimes. We already KNOW she broke the law.

ANOTHER AVENUE

An existing provision in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)is intended to prevent United States citizens and companies being used as instrumentalities of a foreign government's foreign policy....also applies to boycotts, I believe.

But this is what Hillary was doing in the State Dept.....using classified info from her govt job that co-opted US citizens in order to advance the foreign policies of foreign govts.

I may be a lone voice in the wilderness, but I still have faith in Coney. And I don’t believe 130+ FBI agents are going to waste several years of hard work just to slink quietly away.

The evidence against Hillary is overwhelming, Comey has to recommend indictment or look like a total hack.

Watch for a presser from Comey and a huge uproar from individual agents if and when DOJ refuses to indict. Some of those guys have enough integrity to give up their careers over this.

Hillary will stay out of prison, but she’ll be damaged.

IMO, Bubba doesn’t care about Hillary’s problems, he was with Loretta about the Foundation.
