Lynch plans to announce on Friday that she will accept whatever recommendation career prosecutors and the F.B.I. director make about whether to bring charges related to Hillary Clinton’s personal email server, a Justice Department official said. Her decision removes the possibility that a political appointee will overrule investigators in the case.

Seems purposeful that t wo high profile attorneys would do something like that.....unless there was a sub rosa reason.
Her saying she’ll back off was strange, as well...made everyone think Obama came down hard on her.

These people are so arrogant that I suspect they never thought their little meeting would see the light of day.
I live 50+ miles south of Phoenix and followed this one pretty close.
That story broke on Tuesday as a little human interest/political story on the evening news (ABC15). Not a single mention on the other four news stations until it went national on Thursday, then every one of them did a one or two sentence story of the meeting. Probably just to be able to say, “We did so cover the story”.
Regardless of the subject of the meeting, it was not supposed to be public knowledge and now they are in full cover mode. Fun times, if there was any or even one investigative reporters left.
My thought is this could be as big as Watergate, if only they were Republicans

The lawyers working with the FBI from the DOJ are career employees. They are not appointed. Lynch has stated that several times.
Hillary could call Martha Stewart for tips on jail house décor for her cell.

I doubt she is so stupid to not realize that the meeting was bad idea. Maybe she thought it wouldn’t be noticed? Anyway, she now is out of the picture and leaves it to lower staff to dismiss the Clinton charges. The fix is in, she bought for her and Obama, whether intentionally or not, protection from that dismissal. Pathetic.
I’m convinced they have dirt on Comey. Obama probably has pics of him with a woman.
Lynch is meeting with Bill to seal the deal, that she remains the AG for Hillary for forcing Comey to spike it.
