Ce forfait est de deux mois de retard !
Vous aurait dû demander notre service express.
Et puis je lobtenir plus tôt ?
No que jexprimerais simplement à quel point je regrette que votre dossier est tardif.
LOL! Thanks!!
By Jove, I think I've got it!
Have the Amazon Prime(s) put out the fires, from above, on their way back from delivering books.
Or just extinguish the car-fire lighters. did I say that out loud?
"Throw the book at him!"
won't the books just burn, along with the cars?
"Not the cars you idiot -- throw the book at you -- you idiot!"
Me? But then wouldn't I end up owning Bezos's soul (and maybe Amazon, too)? Don't tell anyone of our plans, Mm'Kay? p.s. -you can have the soul, just give me the forest of luxurious Green. I think i already have plenty of books too, so you and Bezos can have whatever you throw at me back -- after we settle up, of course.
"Get out of here!"
but what about all those burning cars? don't i get credit for having good ideas (or something)? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zDoPRYUG8E
Good one. I guess I set myself up for that one. Tooshay.
Hire all mooselimb delivery murderers. That should fix it.
...in Paris, you can buy a beer at McDonald’s. And you know what they call a Quarter Pounder with Cheese in Paris?
A Surrender Monkey Sandwich?
Nope...
A Royale Surrender Monkey Sandwich with cheese!
“a law that went into effect in 2014 banned Amazon and other online retailers from offering free shipping on discounted books. (In response, Amazon began offering a 0.01 shipping charge on discounted titles)”
ya just gotta love it!
I can explain all about Amazon (I’m a regular). When you order, depending what you order, it may arrive quite fast, or not.
If they gave you a discount for slow shipping, well, that’s what happens. You volunteered for that slow service. I never take the discount, I want my 2 day free shipping :)
Normally they are going to ship from the closest warehouse using fastest/most economical method. If they have all the time then they might ship using parcel post from an underused warehouse. Parcel post can take 20 days.
It seems so crazy that they could save THAT MUCH on a CD (it’s an aluum, ordered June 14, arriving July 5th), over 2 day or 5 day delivery AND it’s worth 6 bucks to them!!!
But I believe you.
Fortress Europe...
One of the many reasons the English voted to be free of the EU.
Exactly!!!!! How dare those resourceful Americans compete with us!? After all, we have our two-hour lunches, four o’clock croissants and coffee....
(Spent a semester in France in the mid-80’s; it may have changed regarding daily rituals. However even then there were plenty of people from North Africa).
I believe that. They do not care about productivity or serving the customer.
Could not agree more!
Canadians should get a little more busy too. Whenever I go home every checkout clerk wants to help me immediately.
But here and they have to chat with their boyfriends or whatever before they check me out. It’s ridiculous.
Americans hustle... just others do not.
Amazon delivers books and periodicals wirelessly. However, if they dropped a Kindle on someone, it would smart.
The mayor should be glad it wasn’t Amazon Primate.
Shipping costs more than people think. It’s also a weight/volume consideration. But Amazon are experts at logistics so there must be a big save for them.
