They should also , at the same time , file suit against the Hawaii State Governor , David Ige , for overtly and intentionally impinging on their Constitutional rights , as the chief legislator of a State .

Fight back , got to push back . The courts around the nation are showing how Obama’s edicts can be blocked , overturned and defeated . This case should be no different .
