The people of the United Kingdom have exercised the sacred right of all free peoples. They have declared their independence from the European Union and have voted to reassert control over their own politics, borders and economy. A Trump Administration pledges to strengthen our ties with a free and independent Britain, deepening our bonds in commerce, culture and mutual defense. The whole world is more peaceful and stable when our two countries – and our two peoples – are united together, as they will be under a Trump Administration.
Come November, the American people will have the chance to re-declare their independence. Americans will have a chance to vote for trade, immigration and foreign policies that put our citizens first. They will have the chance to reject today’s rule by the global elite, and to embrace real change that delivers a government of, by and for the people. I hope America is watching, it will soon be time to believe in America again.
Next step: the STATES declare their independence by not taking federal funds after standing against unconstitutional federal acts which by definition are acts of tyranny.
I think the uncertainty can be put behind us eventually.
Well they are also getting out from the heavy hand of the Brussels Bureaucratic Regulatory Machine in favor of independence and self government. Yes, there is a trade off. Steve Forbes, who I greatly admire, agrees with you but I like the idea of independence from excessive regulatory foreign regimes.

The difference is that United States Government is under the Rule of Law of the Constitution, legally protecting the freedom of the states and the people, which the government abided by for about 125 years. The EU has no such protection and is run by the Rule of Man, the whims of Brussels.

He really made a smart move being in Scotland the day Europe wakes up to history being made. Donald investing in Scotland on a day they have to be so upset over England voting to leave.

You really don’t want the EU to utterly fail. You want it to create a healthy and strong Europe without oppressing the member countries. Hard to do, but a strong Europe is not a bad thing, it is a good thing. Otherwise it’s fodder for the Islamic Regime or Russia or any adventurous oppressor.

As I said, I do intend to vote for Trump simply because we DO KNOW Hillary is the Devil and must NEVER be allowed to control this country. She’s done enough damage.
I hope so. The UK could have a better arrangement with the US than they have with the EU.

What has been frustrating about this debate is that so little time has been spent looking at the possibilities that a free and independent UK provides. This is one of the largest economies in the world. There will be plenty of opportunities.
