A Virginia school board must allow a transgender teen to use the boys restroom while the court considers the legal issues of his case, a federal district judge ruled Thursday.
U.S. District Court Judge Robert G. Doumars order directs the Gloucester County School board to let Gavin Grimm use the bathroom that corresponds to his gender identity when he returns for his senior year of high school this fall. [ ]
The order comes after the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in April that the school boards policy barring Grimm from using the boys restroom violated Title IX, the federal law that prohibits discrimination in schools.

Wonder what will happen if the transgender teen gets raped by her fellow “men”?
Probably just trying to make money. I hope they still don’t let her.
Get her a doggie dish and a leash, and tell her she can lift her leg outside on a fire hydrant or a tree. That makes as much sense as allowing her to cut her hair short and pretend she’s a guy.
I would hope that (1) the rapists would go to prison for a long time and (2) the girl would finally get the mental health attention she needs, also for a long time.
Somehow I don't see that as likely.....
“No. Your move, your honor.”

HER "gender identity" is her biological sex. Make believe cannot change facts.
The order comes after the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in April that the school board's policy barring Grimm from using the boys restroom violated Title IX, the federal law that prohibits discrimination in schools.
Title IX prohibits discrimination based on SEX, not "gender identity." So-called gender identity was not even thought of when Title IX as passed.
How can she use the mens room? She’s not physically equipped to use a urinal?
Make ‘him’ stand like the rest of the boys.
And therein lies the problem. Does she honestly think that she would find a dry toilet seat in any boys toilet anywhere in the school?
Every guy is going to make every stall so gross at to be unusable. BTW, it's not like the boys are going to be thrilled seeing soiled tampons in the wastebasket.
The guys will be fascinated to see how she handles the stand-up pisser.......... The YouTube videos will soon follow.
HER gender identity....HER senior year at high school.
The person in question is a FEMALE, if she cannot properly use a urinal then she shouldn't be in the boy's restroom.Perhaps though, she likes to watch high school boys use those urinals....that is likely the nature of her complaint.
The school staff who allows it to occur needs to go to jail. Saying no would prevent it from happening.
Although i saw her pic, she isnt going to get raped.
I think I see why the LGBT crowd are such attention whores. It's because they ugly. No one would look at them if they weren't flapping those gums about some social injustice that never happened, no one would know they ever existed...
Had the same thought.
What could go wrong with this scenario?
Remember what Rush said about feminism. Designed to benefit unattractive (ugly) women.
Theres three major constitutional problems with the courts argument concerning Title IX imo, two of the three problems blatantly ignoring state sovereignty.
The only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect is voting rights evidenced by the 19th Amendment. And since sex discrimination concerning restrooms is clearly outside the scope of voting rights, the feds are wrongly interfering with state sovereignty on this issue imo.
The states have likewise never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate schooling purposes.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
So the funding that the feds are threatening to withhold from schools for violating unconstitutional Title IX is arguably state revenues that the corrupt feds stole from the states in the form of unconstitutional federal taxes.
The states need to eliminate the unconstitutional middleman with respect to funding intrastate schools.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
Remember in November !
Patriots need to support Trump by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that is not only willing to work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trumps vision for making America great again for everybody who is here legally, but will also put a stop to unconstitutional federal interference in state affairs as evidenced by Obamas unconstitutional LGBT restroom policy.
Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
