My synopis of his speech:
He is an excellent salesman:
He established Hillary as a clear threat to our country, he makes himself the cure for that threat, he creates sense of urgency to act by voting this election, he provides a dream of the future and the benefits of buying what he is selling. He also delivers it without flaw.
To soon! He needs to wait. If her poll numbers slip now the Dems still have time to substitute Biden. It her numbers slip after the convention, they may still slip in Biden, but it will look more like desperation.

TBH Ron Paul has been saying a lot of this stuff for decades, and the GOP repeatedly rejected the unpleasant and non-pandering truths he offered.
All the pusilanimous, pearl-clutching RINOs like Paul Ryan, Lindsey Graham, John Kasich, et. al., had to be gasping for breath and looking for the fainting couch.

Best speach by a Republican ever! Finally we have a viable candidate with a set who is not afraid to call out these crooks for who they are...today was Hildabeasts turn. But what I love is that he also unloads in the “conservatives”.
The choir is elated. We should know over the course of the next couple of days if it hit a home run with those not sitting in the choir loft.
NPR spent a ton of morning time trying various flood-the-zone shitposts against Trump UNTIL the Diane Ratbag Ream Show had Tom Gefiltefish guest hosting and he interjected TWICE with LIVE references to the speech. Unfortunately we were represented by Mercedes Schtuppid & Byron Dork and together the two of them couldn’t spell G-O-P.
And the stupid SOB’s in the GOPe wouldn’t know a great speech if it fell on their heads.
But this speech was simply amazing. First off, Trumps delivery was excellent. He spoke eloquently while still delivering it in the Trump style. What was really stunning, was the way he went for Hillary's throat, but the boot on her neck, and never let it go. Pretty amazing to see that stuff come from a "Republican".
He’s gotten better in form and speaking.
Remove the protectionism and big government (rebuilding inner cities) and I’d agree with the headline.
Dang, where has this speech writer been?! Give him/her a BIG bonus and don’t let them get away.
