National Public Radio political correspondent Mara Liasson praised Donald Trump’s speech on Wednesday for its effective attacks on Hillary Clinton, calling it “the speech Republicans have been waiting 20 years to hear.” The presumptive Republican presidential nominee delivered a 41-minute address from his skyscraper in New York, attacking his Democratic rival for corrupt deals while at the State Department, and responding to her own sharp attack on his economic policies the day before. What was striking about the speech was the absence of personal insults and building a case against Hillary Clinton as President.
I thought Trump looked and sounded presidential. If he takes the high road, he will win.
He did himself a world of good today and he reminded the American people what they don’t like about her in the first place.
If he can keep landing blows, the polls should change and when he takes the lead, he will never have to look back.
Job #1 is to take Hillary Clinton apart and make her damaged goods. If he can do it, the country won’t take a chance on her in November.
Since when do we care what they say...we are backing Trump aren’t we...on here...right???

Not taking anything away from Trump but what he said was what we on Freerepublic have been saying for 20 years about the Clintons. It is to Trump’s credit that he stood up and said what is glaringly obvious about these two criminals.
NO OTHER REPUBLICAN WOULD HAVE HAD THE BALLS TO SAY THESE THINGS!
NPR said something nice about Trump? Perhaps it is an attempt to mislead...
The NPR commies are all-in for Bernie. They are hoping Trump can push her over the cliff before the convention.

None of the other 16 candidates with the possible exception of Rand Paul would have opened up with a full broadside on the SS Hillary. It was a wonder to behold.

Wow! No matter what her media puppets will say, Trump crushed her with the simple truth: Hillary Clinton is a criminal a liar and a danger to our safety. And yes we have been waiting a long time for a Republican to stand up and say “This queen is NOT wearing a new suit of clothes, she is naked and ugly!”
I have a message for Trump. “Stomp on the GAS”!!
Oh, he swung the hammer big time. You’ll undoubtedly hear the speech at some point. He was merciless. If this is any sort of harbinger, he may well lay the groundwork for an increasing chorus of this type of thing.
