I spent the summer of 1985 on a summer missionary project with Campus Crusade for Christ. It seemed the the one hit wonder Katrina and the Waves “Walkin on Sunshine” was on an every ten minute rotation.
I still like that song.
Flip side, it’s weird, but when it rains, Bill Withers “Lovely Day” rolls through my brain.
