Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton said Wednesday that she couldn’t remember signing a non-disclosure agreement as secretary of state that laid out criminal penalties for mishandling classified information.
In an interview with Fox News host Bret Baier the day after she declared victory in the Democratic primary race, Clinton insisted yet again she never sent nor received any material over her private, unsecured email server that was marked classified.
“Secretary Clinton, you said you sent or received nothing that was marked classified, but you did sign a non-disclosure agreement, an NDA, in 2009 that said markings don’t matter, whether it’s marked or unmarked. You remember signing that?” Baier asked.
“No, I do not, but the fact is nothing that I sent or received was marked classified and nothing has been demonstrated to contradict that,” Clinton said. “What you are seeing acted out is the desire of different parts of the government to retroactively classify material so that it is not made public, since I did ask that all my emails be made public, and this is not an uncommon process.”
As Baier pointed out, Clinton’s NDA she signed upon joining the State Department rendered that talking point moot. She wrote more than 100 emails on the server the government now says are classified.
The Free Beacon reported in November on Clinton’s 2009 NDA signing that said there were criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified material:
As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling” of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

Is that sarcasm? What I cant figure out is if State said they have it on file. If they do her memory issues are meaningless. Well not meaningless, Trump will fire at will in regards to Hildabeasts early onset dementia issues.....along with Humas and Cheryl Mills dementia problems. Then there is Pagliano whom no doubt even short of 40 years will not remember a thing.
Similar to you, I handled U.S.Government classified information on a daily basis during my 35 year career in the U.S.Navy Nuclear Program. NONE of it was marked “CLASSIFIED”, it was marked as appropriate: “CONFIDENTIAL”, “SECRET”, “NORFORN”, etc. I have posted about this before and I am posting again. If these butt-headed interviewers could get the terminology correct, then they could ask the question correctly, and nail Lyin’ Hillary’s foot to the floor!
I despise HC as much as any other real American, but I suspect that this particular document was one of dozens that she signed that that day, and she really does not recall signing that particular document.

I am appalled by what hillary has done. .. she was paid by foreign governments for favorable treatment both as the Secretary of State and when she might be President. She was paid millions! She left her emails open for enemies of the United States to see and use that information. She let 4 men die in Benghazi.. she did not answer the Ambassador’s phone calls for help. And then she lied to their families and called them liars. She is one evil person. She has lived a life of doing all she could to destroy and make her millions.
I am appalled at this kind of person.. being able to run for President of the United States. I am equally appalled that Washington, the media and the left... see nothing wrong with this. Even Fox News don’t see anything wrong with her. It needs to be shouted from every roof top.. she needs to be indicted.. she needs to be held accountable, and she is not.

IF she would get this election... it would be because she was not held responsible... and if she would win, I don’t know how to handle such a thing. I see those who clap for her.. sitting behind her.. and approving.. and they have been so blinded they do not know enough to ever have a right to vote.. but they will. She doesn't deny sending or receiving classified materials, what she keeps repeating is the non-issue that the material was not marked as such.............
I like what you said, but:
Trump is not part of the US Gov mob who runs our now computerized voting machines.
He who programs the machines, wins. I believe the Clinton mob is going to make sure they own the programmers.
With he cavalier attitude towards the law, it's possible she doesn't remember signing it - but the signed document lays out the possible punishments (up to death) for not following the rules....

In answer to your query, you said “it’s Trump’s to lose” which implies to me he needs to be able to convince enough voters to vote for him. It’s my opinion that vote fraud via tampered with computer programs will cause him to lose, which he can’t do anything about. JMHO. I could be wrong.
