It is unfortunate that my comments have been misconstrued as a categorical attack against people of Mexican heritage. I am friends with and employ thousands of people of Mexican and Hispanic descent. The American justice system relies on fair and impartial judges. All judges should be held to that standard. I do not feel that ones heritage makes them incapable of being impartial, but, based on the rulings that I have received in the Trump University civil case, I feel justified in questioning whether I am receiving a fair trial.
Over the past few weeks, I have watched as the media has reported one inaccuracy after another concerning the ongoing litigation involving Trump University. There are several important facts the public should know and that the media has failed to report.
Throughout the litigation my attorneys have continually demonstrated that students who participated in Trump University were provided a substantive, valuable education based upon a curriculum developed by professors from Northwestern University, Columbia Business School, Stanford University and other respected institutions. And, the response from students was overwhelming. Over a five year period, more than 10,000 paying students filled out surveys giving the courses high marks and expressing their overwhelming satisfaction with Trump Universitys programs. For example:

I’d posit that the overwhelming majority of white Americans have no idea the depths of resentment and hatred directed at them by La Raza.
And most of ignorance is willful, because it is painful to face big problems when ignoring them is now an accepted behavior in our society.
White Americans have been conditioned to ignore blatant facts about the world around them.
Unfortunately I will believe that when I see it.
Come on, Donny ... Most of us don't really care about the merits of the case. We DO care about biased judges and anti-American racist organizations.
YES !
I think it is strategic!
Yes. According to the 7th Amendment he cannot be denied one.
His thinking is very smart. He makes a leading statement which SHOULD prompt the so-called media and journalists to dig further. He leaves it so that anyone who is really wanting to pursue this would have to research the judge, his affiliations, what the groups stand for, etc.
They would uncover for themselves the racist overtones on the groups. The only thing I wish he had mentioned in his statement would be that Sotomayer and Gonzolez are in total agreement with him.
The plaintiffs wanted a trial in July, the middle of the campaign. The defense wanted a trial in February. The judge set it in late November after the election is over. A compromise between the two.
Not at all!! It's a warning shot to any former student of Trump U who might be tempted into joining the law suit. They now know that every positive word they said about the experience is on record, and they'll be destroyed with their own words.
The thought has occurred to me too.
Fox edited his statement down to 2 sentences.
[He doesnt cover the Judges racist memberships and ties to a La Raza Lawyers Association and the Judges membership in an association that is calling for a boycott of Trump businesses. He is not getting the story out and the media has simplified everything down to racism.]
He supposedly has a post-election press conference tonight. Hopefully he will do it then, when he has greater media exposure....
Remember this is the same Judge who release the documents relating to the case even before it’s court date and then the next day after everyone had them said OOPS I bad, these were marked wrong and I am sealing them again..at least that is the jest of it! So in my opinion, the judge has an issue/ax to grind!
Uh look super white in a mixed community and the overt racism from Mexicans is constant. Only if one speaks Spanish or has known family ties to Mexican nationals or Mexican Americans might you be accepted or tolerated. If they are La Raza types, white alone or, look too white even if you are Mexican, will get you the finger.
And ask Blacks and Asians how they are treated by many Mexican Americans.
...the media and the oligarchy (including both parties) are perfectly fine with a KKK judge ruling on a black man's case.
There are 5000 total members in the KKK nationwide. There are over a million people in all states who are members of the racist La Raza network. They can't have it both ways.

In his statement he said he does not plan on commenting any further on this matter.
Alberto Gonzalez, the first Hispanic Attorney General in the history of the nation, says Trump is right to question Curiel's fairness.
The media somehow has set a fake bar way way too high...a bar the media did NOT raise when Sonya Sotomayor said that ethnicity DID IN FACT affect judge's decisions!
“He doesnt cover the Judges racist memberships and ties to a La Raza Lawyers Association and the Judges membership”
I agree with you. These are easily fact-checked single element details (meaning, they do not require a conclusion which requires neural activity, they stand on their own) and as a result, the bumper stickerisms persist.
He wants to get back to the election.
People here wanting 2 months of screaming about LaRaza are only asking him to blow precious time on their personal entertainment.
Apart from trading low rated blog stories and shaking fists at computer screens here, this whole thing was just wasting time when he has Hillary to deal with.
Prominent Republicans are now on record supporting a federal judge that favors the return of California and Arizona and Texas to Mexico
I have noticed that all the news reports and all of the discussions about Trump’s comments about the judge do not say a word about the La Raza connection. This connection reinforces Trump’s objection that the judge may be biased. If I were the defense involved in jury selection, I would have rejected Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel from the jury. Curiel’s position as the judge for the litigation, should be rejected for the same reasons.
