A New York City man could be facing a manslaughter charge for defending his wife against a would-be rapist.
Mamadou Diallo received a frantic call from his wife.
A man identified as Earl Nash forced his way into the Diallos' apartment, according to the brave husband. The intruder took off his pants and attacked Mrs. Diallo, tearing off her clothes and telling her she was about to be raped, according to reports.
Mr. Diallo told police he found his naked wife in the hallway -- and saw that Mr. Nash was trying to escape.

No gay angle. Barky’s not interested.
WTF IS HAPPENING TO THIS COUNTRY? I don’t recognize it anymore.
It really can not be said that he was “defending his wife” when he killed a man who was trying to escape.
Re that Rape Rate chart. What would a Moslem settlement chart of the same areas look like with the same color scheme. Just wondering...
Nash died from severe head and body trauma.

He won’t do that again. LOL!
Some good news- the charges have been from manslaughter to assault.
Nash knows what rape is now and the husband was defending countless women from being raped by this monster.
Another Democrat doing what they do best...
“It really can not be said that he was defending his wife when he killed a man who was trying to escape.”
I’d have done the same as Mr. Diallo, but probably wouldn’t have left enough of the bastard to identify as Mr. Mash, certainly not Nash.
Of course not; he must have parked illegally; give the man a parking ticket.
No charges. He rid the world of a scum.
In court, Diallo’s attorney called the incident an attack on Diallo’s family under extreme circumstances, and asked for the judge to release the cab driver and father of three on his own recognizance. The judge granted the request, only arraigning Deallo on assault and weapons charges. It will now be up to a grand jury to decide if the manslaughter charge will stick. He is due back in court on June 27.
Nash has 14 prior arrests. He served five years behind bars for a 2006 conviction for selling drugs and bribery. He was released in February 2011, returned the next April, and then was released July 2015.
Go with a jury.
They'll ignore the 'law' and say Not Guilty.
This is trollery... why do “conservative” organs even bother to carry it? To draw the ugliest side out of frustrated “conservatives”?
Well, when we hear of judges going soft on other cases we (g)nash our teeth, but here we cheer?
Wonder what the odds are of Diallo vanishing from the area (no bail bond to even chase him down). Maybe the judge is hoping that will happen, washing his hands of the politically unpopular situation.
That was going to be determined at a future court date.
