RICO would be huge.
Could ensnare both Clintons, senior staff. mid-level staff would talk quickly, looking for deals.
Legally, they are on firm evidentiary grounds if the e-mail investigation led them to information about illegal activities at CGI.
Significant jail time and tens of millions of dollars could be seized.
If indicted, a RICO charge, as opposed to just the e-mail problem, will open flood gates of DC insiders trying to tell their story and save self/power.
People hate public officials who take bribes.
