It is those personal/private emails that are more damaging TO HER.
She didn't seem too concerned what official emails might be accessed/hacked by outsiders that could damage the national security.

Hillary choose what was private and what wasn’t. Pay to play email were personal, Ambassador Stevens email was personal and so on and so on.
