Nearly two dozen engineering and physics professors weighed in Tuesday with a federal appeals court being asked to review New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension for ''Deflategate.''

Papers filed with the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said these experts believe the 2nd Circuit's ruling upholding the suspension lacks any scientific proof and the appeals judges should reconsider an April decision that reinstated Brady's suspension.

21 professors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of California, Berkeley, University of Michigan, Stanford University, University of Southern California, University of Delaware, Purdue University, University of Pennsylvania, Boston College and the University of Minnesota have determined that Brady is innocent of the false charges filed by the NFL.

Anyone who knows anything about science or about football knows Brady is completely innocent and the NFL have been dishonest. There are still some ignorant people who hate Brady because they are jealous of his success.

Goodell and the NfL are the cheaters, not Tom Brady.

if it makes no difference then why was he doing it?

I am against cheating, but how on earth did they let PLAYERS be handling game balls?

The Referees should be in charge of them, shouldn’t they?

So if the rule says one thing, and someone violates that rule because you don’t think the rule makes sense, then it is okay? Tell that to the judge when you get nailed in a speed trap.

As a matter of fact the players only recently, relatively recently got to control the game balls. It used to be that the referees handled the game balls but it was a bunch of players including Tom Brady who pushed for and won changing rules which allowed the teams themselves to handle the game balls.

Brady agreed in his contract to let the NFL arbitrate all grievances. The court upheld Brady’s discipline not because it thought he was guilty but because, by agreeing to arbitration, Brady waived his right to have the courts decide if he was guilty or innocent. So these 21 professors should have testified in the arbitration; it’s too late for them to say anything now.

If we could only get this type of investigation and interest in what Hillary did to hide her emails and allow the murders in Benghazi and all the other scandals under Obama.

Anyone with an ounce of sense in the northern US knows that vehicle tires lose pressure in cold weather and one should slightly overinflate them to compensate.

This whole thing has gone far beyond the deflation of game balls. If you read the report by Goodell, his decision is based also on the fact Tom Brady lied when he was deposed.

When the Judge reinstated Brady suspension he plainly stated that his ruling was merely on whether Goodell has the authority under the NFL rules to suspend Tom Brady based on the provisions of the contract between the players and the league. In other words this latest appeal is going nowhere since “scientific evidence” has nothing to do with this at this point.

Brady did the equivalent of the Hillary email deletion with the requested evidence on his cell phone, how are we to interpret his action?

As with the barking Hillster, I say this implies guilt.

There was no tampering according to 21 distinguished scientists from MIT and other universities.

Read the article. You might learn something.

The appeals court ruling reinforced the CBA that gave Roger Gooddell the right to make the decisions he made. Their decision was not based upon science, physics, or even Ton Brady’s actions.

Brady’s a cheater. Like MIT is not biased? Sit his a$$ down. Of course, I am not biased. I am just a Buffalo Bills fan.

“the report by Goodell, his decision is based also on the fact Tom Brady lied when he was deposed.”

No it is not. Brady did not lie. Goodell and the NFL officials lied. Read about the fraudulent and dishonest Wells report. It is full of untrue and dishonest statements.

Goodell is the liar, not Tom Brady.
