This is a classic Tenth amendment case:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Actually, all Just Law has to be “Right Reason” according to Natural Law. It is the fundamental principle of our Justice (Virtue) System and “Rule of Law. Rule of Law means there is a Higher Law than irrational, man-made- up cr*p..

Odumbo, the hard core Marxist, is throwing out Truth/Biology and Science for his warped base urges learned in childhood. Can’t do it-—it is an “unjust” law which is “null and void” immediately. (Insane “laws” can never exist according to our Constitution. He should have been impeached 7 years ago.

All irrational arbitrary “laws” that promote Vice and irrational cr(p is “null and void”. Common Sense founded this nation (Laws of Nature) and obama, raised by the creepy tranny nanny and the psychopathic Marxist mother and grandparents and hard core Communist pedophile/pornographer, was probably raped in the madrassas as a little boy. Sadly, he was extremely warped and brainwashed and traumatized and deserted as a little boy, so he has to be a psychopath (and an extremely evil one).
