I am getting things in order in Việt Nam. I am too hold for the violence that is coming and I expect progressively heavier travel restrictions and maybe a general cancellation of passports for some New Security Passport to replace the current Security Passport and this time costing thousands of dollars. There will surely be much narrower restrictions on the money one can carry, capital controls as it were, and maybe a call-in of 100 dollar bills.
