She’s already been paid. Hillary’s publisher paid Megyn $5 million before the first debate as an advance on her book.

According to this article, it was $10 million, and it was paid just after the debate. Many of the commenters at the link don't seem too impressed with Megyn:

Here is my take on the situation. She was in the end for Ted Cruz and had him on her show a few times. The next to the last interview with Ted I think she felt something was not quite right.

On the last interview with Ted I think she felt “this guy has lost it”. Donald Trump is much better than this. I think realization finally sunk in and now she has come around to Trump. Again just my opinion.

I thought her goal as a journalist would be to report the news, rather than try to become the news or make news stories revolve around her as she usually does.
