While millions of Republican primary voters have chosen Donald Trump as the party’s nominee, Bill Kristol and a small but well-heeled group of Washington insiders are preparing a third party effort to block Trump’s path to the White House.
Their plan is to run a candidate who could win three states and enough votes in the electoral college to deny both parties the needed majority. This would throw the election into the House of Representatives, which would then elect a candidate the Kristol group found acceptable. The fact that this would nullify the largest vote ever registered for a Republican primary candidate, the fact that it would jeopardize the Republican majorities in both the House and Senate, and more than likely make Hillary Clinton president, apparently doesn’t faze Kristol and company at all. This is to give elitism a bad name.

Let me preface my comments by calling myself a supporter of Israel.

Bill Kristol is tied to the AIPAC-Israel Lobby.
One of Kristol’s ‘soulmates’ regarding Trump, Glenn Beck, said a year or two ago that he was a supporter of Israel, but not the people who support Israel. That would include a lot of insiders like Senators McCain and Graham, Diane Feinstein on the Democrat side and yes, Hillary Clinton.
I was saddened when Sarah Palin was excluded from a pro-Israel event in New York right after she was chosen as VP candidate in 2008.
Palin was excluded because Hillary Clinton was going to be there and the organizers deferred to Hillary over Sarah. That should tell us something about a powerful inside the Beltway lobby and their preferred choice for POTUS this year.
While I may agree with the cause of Israel, the lobbyists for Israel in Washington confound me, baffle me and the list goes on.
AIPAC is supporting politicians this year who voted for the Iran Nuclear Deal, for example.
Kristol must be in the end some sort of front man for inside the Beltway interests quite likely the AIPAC crowd and or the ‘military-industrial complex’ of defense contractors.
He is a self beater - now a Republic too

The issue I can see is that these neocon interests greatly fear Trump’s isolationist sentiments and hate and fear the prospect of a sea change in American policy that would stop,us from inserting and expanding our involvement in conflicts in Syria Iraq Yemen Ukraine Africa and trying to reheat and re- serve the “ Cold War” by using NATO as a probe and a distraction against Putin
War is good business, people make money from it

Kristol, and a lot of neo-con artists, should all just go back to the democrat party where they came from, and where they’ve always belonged.

Horowitz can not bring himself to use the term traitors. Whether it be Obama or these Anti-American whores, he describes the behavior perfectly. What has happened is that the Elitists have lost control of the Party, but rather than deal with it like real men after a loss, they will go down as petty, sniveling, sore losers who will be written off in history as the Country’s real problem, flushed out in the open by Trump, architects of a Party that flim-flamed Americans for decades for their own personal wealth and aggrandizement. All I can say, is good riddance!

Eddie Haskell knew he did wrong and in real life (Ken Osmond) became a policeman. Bill Kristol believes he is un-erring and always will.
I would think Ken Osmond would be for Trump; just a hunchn.
