The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.
A letter to school districts will go out Friday, adding to a highly charged debate over transgender rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue.

Notice it comes up the day after Obama got her butt kicked in federal court regarding her Death Panel law.
I stand on my position.
What I see is down the road, leaving this up to the states.
If this makes school boards obsolete, then we are being (school) taxed without representation. Illegal. Class action lawsuit time. School district tax protest time. Pull kids out of all sports time. O more fundraisers time.
I actually have a few friends and neighbors who do give a crap about their kids and do keep their teachers and schools in check. I guess we know totally different people.
Saying that I do live in the best school district in the state so I guess that helps them .
Imagine this folks: your six year old walks into the girls room and there is a hulking 8th grade boy in there. If he’s a bad kid she won’t stand a chance. And there is nothing you can do about it. A lot of people are angry but how many are willing to go to jail or pull their kid out if public school?
