The Kremlin is debating whether to release the 20,000 emails they have hacked off of Hillary Clinton’s server.
According to a report from four days ago, beginning in 2011, the Russians began monitoring Romanian computer hacker Marcel Lazăr Lehel (aka Guccifer) after he attempted, unsuccessfully, to break into the computer system of the Russian funded RT television network.
After monitoring Guccifer, the Russians were reportedly able to record (both physically and electronically) his actions which allowed the Russian intelligence analysts, in 2013, to not only detect his breaking into the private computer of Secretary Clinton, but also break in and copy all of its contents as well.
The report notes that shortly after Russia obtained Clinton’s emails, they released a limited amount to RT TV which were published in an article in March 2013, titled Hillary Clinton’s ‘hacked’ Benghazi emails: FULL RELEASE.
Apparently no Western journalists promoted this story in 2013.

The Russians might as well release them given the publicity. Up until now the media has been supporting Hillary by claiming no foreign power accessed her private server. Guccifer claimed he had and now the Russians have gone public saying they followed Guccifer in.
This marks an enormous threat to Hillary. Even with the FBI leaks, they’ve never mentioned foreign intrusion except via Guccifer. What we have is a very large cat that’s been let out of the bag.

This looks like a dodgy source. As I already pointed out, the original rt.com article published back in 2013 says they got the original emails directly from "Guccifer".
This article claims the publication of the emails in 2013 were a "limited release authorized by Chairwoman of the Council of Federation Valentina Matviyenko". I'd take that with a grain of salt.

I am just stunned that the highest people in this country aren’t acting in a secure way, and I heard about it. Well, no, take it this way: I am disgusted that people who are supposed to be on our own team are screwing the game, bad.
They won’t possibly release them. They will hold them for blackmail in case she becomes President. It makes no sense to release them now, and then have her lose the election.
Actually, she testified "there IS no" classified information on her server. That was not a lie, since she had already deleted it.

It won’t matter. The media will treat it as “much ado about nothing”. I wonder if the emails will disclose-who hired Craig Livingstone?
Putin’s not going to do anything that will hurt the xlintons.
