Breaking with Republican-led states and cities that have moved to restrict bathroom use, the California Assembly on Monday passed legislation requiring all single-stall bathrooms to be open to people of any gender.

Single stall bathrooms are usually open to anyone, one at a time (to prevent people from having sex in them or being attacked in them/molested)).
Somewhere in time, National Lampoon addressed this issue with a cover that showed, from the back, three people at standup urinals. Two were men and one was a woman (by their clothes). All were standing up.
It was a pun on equal bathroom rights. If anyone can find that cover, please post it here. You’ll see what I mean.
As for California, “PEES be upon you”
It certainly has the equivalent.
You speak as if you have never been to a public venue where the men's room is no waiting and the women are lined up at the women's room door. Recent construction probably dedicates more room for the women's room than in the past, so that might not be the problem it once was.

The homosexuals didn’t just want to pretend they could be married, they demand that everyone bloody well accept their lifestyle or be demonized. This is why they target a baker, photographer, etc. There are plenty of other options for them, but that is not what they want. They want to make the person who disagrees with their lifestyle PAY.
As far as “transgenders” go, I’ll say what I’ve always said.....THERE’S NO SUCH THING! It’s a completely made-up term. It is not possible for a person to change genders. That’s it. Period.

For the safety of my daughter I would prefer just single stall bathrooms that anyone can use. The only benefit to multi stall bathrooms is cost and most corporations are going to side with the trans-benders so the best play for conservatives who actually have women they care about is to start pushing hard for single stall bathrooms.
If corporations want to side with the latest foam-at-the-mouth liberal causes, then we should start forcing them to pay for it. Any business that claims to support LGBTQ should be forced to pay for new bathrooms in all of their facilities.

From having cleaned public bathrooms at three different places, I agree with you, and I’ve had women who also clean restrooms mention the same thing to me.
And from knowing a man who wanted to identify as a female, and reading the comments from men who want to identify as women, there’s nothing about them to indicate that they actually are women somehow. They still seem like and sound like men who simply want to indulge in a fantasy.
That’s what this is about - adults playing pretend and how dare anyone “judge” or “threaten” their fantasy?

I worked in Thailand for 3 years. I’ve seen some sketchy crappers. One time in a refugee camp, the floor collapsed. Fortunately I landed on my butt and my feet didn’t get into the stink.
