For over a quarter of a century, Elizabeth Warren has described herself as a Native American.
After researching her story, it is obvious that her family lore is just fiction.
Ms. Warrens great-great-great grandfather, was apparently a member of the Tennessee Militia who rounded up Cherokees from their family homes in the Southeastern United States and herded them into government-built stockades in what was then called Rosss Landing (now Chattanooga), Tennesseethe point of origin for the horrific Trail of Tears, which began in January, 1837.
These were the troops responsible for removing Cherokee families from homes they had lived in for generations in the three states that the Cherokee Nations had considered their homelands for centuries: Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
While these involuntary home removals were not characterized by widespread violence, the newly displaced Cherokee mothers, fathers, and children found an oppressive and sometimes brutal welcome when they finally arrived at the hastily constructed containment areas. An estimated 4,000 Cherokees were warehoused in Rosss Landing stockades for months awaiting supplies and additional armed guards the Federal Government believed necessary to relocate them on foot to Oklahoma.
It is time for Ms. Warren to publicly acknowledge the truth of her ancestry. It is time for her to admit that she has no Native American heritage that she can prove; and it is time for her to acknowledge instead, that she is likely a direct descendant of a Tennessee Militiaman who apparently rounded up the ancestors of those who truly have Cherokee heritage, the first step in their forced removal from the Southeastern United States to Oklahoma over the long and tragic Trail of Tears.

She could claim to be a Martian, and so long as she promised to keep the free sh*t flowing 47% would still vote for her.
Must drink white man fire water. Spend many wampum. Ug.
This is a link to the biggest Liz Warren fan club on the net, I’ve been trolling it all morning. https://www.facebook.com/esqpolitics/?fref=nf
Yowza, that’s gotta sting.
Look back at your heritage at your own peril, make stupid claims at your own peril. ROTFLMAO
IIRC, Warren refused to meet with a group of Cherokees during her senate campaign.
I asked if the name was listed on their rolls... The person launched on me about 'benefits' and that I had to have proof to be entitled to 'benefits'.... I was calling to find out if the named person was on the rolls... I later found out that IF one is deemed to be Cherokee the 'benefits' are quite rewarding... I also found out that one cannot identify oneself as having Cherokee blood IF relative was not registered. I did not find out if the named person was on their rolls. But given it was a female I have no reason to think 'she' was ever registered.
Please let this be true.
You made my day-——and she’s my senator.
She’s a liar.
.
I’m disgusted that she would lie about it, but I’m more disgusted that anybody thinks it’s significant to be a distant descendant of Indians, and that it confers a status of moral superiority.
Just about everything the left says is a lie, so it’s not surprising that Warren’s whole life is a fraud. It’s like Hillary Clinton, after making $21 MILLION in speakers fees, railing about “income inequality.” They are all frauds.
As a real Cherokee, the article stating that the involuntarily removal of Cherokee was not violence is fighting words.
Trump should DEMAND to know: where are Warren’s hiring records at Harvard Law School and why doesn’t she order their release?? Did she claim Affirmative Action status as a Native American? She was portrayed as such by the college press at the time. Did she steal a position that was targeted toward a legitimate member of an American Indian tribal group?
Crockajawea.
Then she flipped their Foreclosed Tee Pee’s for a tidy profit.
Well, ain’t that a b*tch.
American history: sanitized for suitable brainwashing purposes.
One of the accusers (female) in the Salem Massachusetts witch trials was a Warren. I wonder if it was a relative whose descendants later moved West.
It not as bad as claiming, in the forward of your biography that you were “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia”.
And that worked out pretty well.
My dad was Cherokee. I actually have copies of the roll call with his mom and dad’s family. But his family chose to live like Americans instead of living on tribal lands. I’m not registered as you say I should be, but unlike Warren, I can prove my roots.
To be fair, she was paid $350,000 per year to teach one class, PLUS research, write, and publish!!!! (I don’t know whether she had any grants to provide additional support for her research, however.)
At a research university like Harvard, research may take up the majority of a faculty member’s time, and is typically more highly valued than teaching.
Warren’s critics should look into the value of her research, for example if she slacked off in recent years because of her political career, or if any of the research was plagiarized from others
Nevertheless, Warren’s Senatorial career and recent statements against Donald Trump are truly GOOFY!!!!
