Donald Trump said on Sunday that taxes for the wealthy should go up but that his tax plans would likely be renegotiated with Congress should he win the U.S. presidency.
"For the wealthy I think frankly it is going to go up and, you know what, it really should go up," the presumptive Republican presidential nominee told NBC's "Meet the Press."

However, he added, "when it comes time to negotiate, I feel less concerned with the rich than I do with the middle class."

More and more as I realize most of the wealthy are Liberals, I have no problem with it.
The idea is to not tax the folks who are trying to get rich and are creating jobs in the process.

Trump said on SUN that he wanted to raise taxes on the wealthy. Having put up a tax plan on a website at some earlier date does NOT IN ANY WAY EVEN BEGIN TO CHANGE THE FACT THAT ON SUNDAY, TRUMP SAID HE WANTED TO RAISE TAXES ON THE WEALTHY.
If I murder my neighbor on TUE, it is NOT mitigated by the fact that on MON, I said, “I will not murder my neighbor on TUE.”
The logic does NOT follow, even if every hedge fund manager who ever lived was wealthy from his date of birth to his death.
