Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders called for a more liberal version of Fox News to help fix the problems he sees in corporate media.
“I think we have got to think about way that the Democratic party for a start starts funding the equivalent of Fox television,” he said in an interview that aired Friday on MSNBC's “The Rachel Maddow Show.”
Sanders blasted the media for shallow reporting, including coverage of presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump.
“I think the American people are going to have to say to NBC and ABC and CBS and CNN, you know what, forget the political gossip," Sanders said. "Politics is not a soap opera. Talk about the real damn issues facing this country.”

Try PBS, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, every newspaper.......
Here’s an idea. Call it “Current TV” and hire Al Gore and Joel Metzenbaum Hyatt to run it.
Or just call it MSNBC, if you want to follow the game plan pioneered by Bill Gates.

Not only that, but FOX trashes Trump every chance they get. On election nights I'd stitch to MSNBC or CNN to get away from the misery FOX on-air 'talent' displayed when 'once again' Trump would win. Watching FOX on election nights was like watching a funeral.

His point is that none of those have the popularity of Fox. He doesn’t seem to realize that it’s not the presentation. It’s the content. Report from just the left and even the left will tune in to the opposition find out what is really happening.
I guess ABC/NBC/CBS/MSNBC and PBS just aren’t enough!!!
Of course, make your opinions known quickly, because MSNBC is losing ground rapidly. Funny. Liberal Fox imitations never seem to be around too long. Al Gore tried a few years ago with his "Current" channel, and it failed miserably, and he finally sold out to Al Jazeera.
So, even so it sounds a little bit like beating a dead horse, the old nag is yours, so go right ahead and throw your money away.
Already have those -- it's called, all the other networks.
This is a little drop of the mask -- it's not sufficient to have news, the news must be SHAPED and CONSENT MUST BE MANUFACTURED. Hillary believes the same.
