A new study by the Pew Research Center released Thursday highlighted “deep partisan and ideological divisions” about U.S. foreign policy and defense – including differences over the extent of U.S. involvement overseas, both militarily and economically; the size of the defense budget; the management of the war against ISIS and views on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

As long as they continue to call it a crusade, I’m all for it.

Trump has always been “America First” hence: Make America Great Again...

It’d be a nice change from “Put The Elites First”.

If we had had an America First policy all along, we wouldn’t have a lot of the problems we have now. Unfortunately, there are a tremendous amount of people who are heavily invested in putting others first, and that is where a lot of the opposition to Trump comes from.

I started tagging many of my posts with the phrase America First about 6 months ago here on Free Republic I was surprised and happy to hear that phrase echoed by Donald Trump. Yes I am taking credit. I was not a fan of Make America Great Again. So I think we have many interesting lurkers.

Is this such a big surprise being that we’ve had America Last administrations for at least the last 24 years?

The majority approved of Obama’s handling of ISIS... probably if the reports weren’t altered and the news wasn’t complete lies, more wouldn’t approve.

Trump has to take this ball and run with it throughout the whole country bypassing the MSM. He just needs to keep connecting with folks on the fence and the Blue Collar voters on the Dem side. What NAFTA is and has done should be dinner table conversation/water cooler talk throughout the whole US of A. GO TRUMP!

Perhaps a new reading of America's 1776 Declaration of Independence might open minds to the kinds of offenses which compel the minds of "the People" to demand change in the individuals and/or the factions may have combined to intrude upon their liberties as individual?

For those who have yet to see it there is also an IPSOS poll out which asked the question, “do you agree with Donald Trump when he says he will make America great again”. The responses show 58% agree with Trump

I get sick and tired of those who run around trying to put a liberal, conservative, Republican, Democrat label on everybody and everything. What I want to see is who will apply the principles that made this country great so we can gain our footing again. Honest Americans know what they are. Many who call themselves conservatives have abandoned those principles. American principles start with God, Country, and Family. They have absolutely nothing to do with socialism and big, centralized government programs, which lie at the heart of most of our domestic, social and economic problems. Internationally, Americans want a strong military and a return to being respected as the leader of the free world. We want to have legitimate American interests control every domestic and foreign policy decision our politicians make. Sadly, this is not the case today, just observe the immigration, foreign trade, and Middle East catastrophes as an example. Whatever label you want to pin on Trump, he is a proud American first and I am convinced he knows what made this Country great and provided him the opportunity to be the successful business man that he is. What he needs to do is put America first in all the decisions he makes as President.

But they;re still going for Hillary by 12 points right? ha ha ha Trump will crush her and turn their debates into the interrogations Comey and Gowdy didn’t do.

Trump's got this thang. He's gonna be president...and a fine one at that.

Lindsey Graham will disagree as will the Boosh family.

But this country is rising up...taking back our country.
