The simple answer is that you don’t. Get out while they are letting you out.
They don’t. Afrikaners should come to America. We need them desperately.
What many don’t realize is that the Afrikaners settled much of South Africa’s Veld (farmland) when it was completely empty of inhabitants. They were the first. NOt a Xhosa or Zulu to be seen. They arrived after the white man had made the area productive. Sound familiar?
20 years ago the Houston apartment complex I lived in was full of South African expats, and more were arriving all the time.
Nothing seems to have changed.
This demand for conformism to a particular ethnic configuration of heteropatriarchal white supremacism also known as apartheid permeated Afrikaner nationalism. State power amplified the authoritarian tendency of conformism in Afrikanerdom. Anyone who did not bend the knee was a volksverraaier, or traitor to the volk(Afrikaner people).
Sounds like a contemporary American university.
I saw somewhere the other day that whites are down to just 8.4% of the South African population. As someone who lived there for some time, I can say that it’s a beautiful country but you have to have a really hard think if you’re a young white person planning for the long-term. The political leadership in SA is so corrupt that they’re almost clownish (ever heard of President Zuma?) And Julius Malema is worrying in that he seems to be climbing in power - although he still isn’t much of a force yet.
That’s not to say that SA has turned into a Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia) by any stretch, but whites need to think about future generations before they plan on living there indefinitely. Just my 2 cents.
It's right over here:
They should be given asylum here ... Now
They should have at least held on to the Orange Free State or Transvaal.
Much of South Africa is theirs. They should stay and keep it forever. Europeans have been in southern Africa about as long as in the Americas. Telling them they should leave is like telling a Connecticut Yankee, in Connecticut, they should go back where they came from.
Things could turn around there as things are turning around here. Read some of what Siener Van Rensburg wrote in the meantime, Afrikaners.
I don't think I had ever run across the term "heteropatriarchal" before. Derived from three Greek roots, and Aristotle wouldn't have had the slightest idea what it meant.
