If you’ve been on Twitter today, you’ve probably seen the following super-awkward video of Ted Cruz and Carly Fiorina trying to grasp hands in some sort of victorious motion:

Looking close at the beginning of the clip, it appears Cruz is wiping his sweaty hand on back of Carly's clothing, when she reaches back and grabs his hand from behind her, and unknowingly attempts to grab Cruz's dripping hand.
Sweaty hand syndrome.
Carly is about a one on the scale. But a narcissist wants ones so he can make them feel special. Even though Cruz is a one. He thinks he’s a twelve.’cause Beck told him he’s a twelve.
IT looks like she’s uncomfortable with the what he did.
This whole Cruz thing is bizarre.

Now we thought her hug with him at the announcement was weird: her body seems to settle in too close all the way down, like too familiar. And we commented on that on the live thread. Someone here said it looks like she is in love with him. And there really wasn’t a good other reason for her to hitch to his rotting wagon at this point.
He used her. He knew she was probably quite desperate for male attention. Plus he had no outlet: the bimbos were gone and he couldn’t trust the hookers. Carly, why not? Plus he could use her to flog his losing campaign along with his lonely Willie.
But, you know, this kind of behavior is Oooookay, because Cruz is a principled constitutional conservative. Rush Limbaugh told me that.
Trump’s mind must be blown at this campaign. Politics is so much worse than he had ever thought.
Heidi is going to ignore a lot of stuff as long as their delusion of winning the presidency is alive and well. They are all in, kinda like Bill and Hill.

You’re so welcome. At least we think it’s gross. Ted Cruz admitted on live tv that he desires to be with those rats. Wonder if Carly satisfied any of that.
12 weeks from now Ted will be just another undercapitalized yutz with a dream. Carly’s banked quite a few Tubmans before wading into politics. Has to be tough paying number two knowing it’s a sham gig to start with.
Exactly right - she was trying to raise his hand. He's the presidential candidate, so his hand gets held up by hers. But the oaf couldn't figure out that to be dominant, he had to let her lift his hand. He also couldn't figure out how bad an unbelievable amount of finger wrangling would look on camera.
Cruz is just wound too tight, he didn't understand and he fought her over it. It's ridiculous. She probably yelled "what the hell is wrong with you" later at him.
If I had a dime for everytime some crybaby said "FR has become like DU" over the last 18 years on this forum, I'd be a rich man.
Such statements are as much bullshit now as they were 5, 10, or 15 years ago.
It's so tiresome to see self-appointed FR analysts pronounce the demise of the site just because they get a little butthurt over the treatment of their failed candidate, or his supporters.
FR is no different now than it has ever been. This cycle occurs every 4 years, and every 4 years we get the same moaning and groaning from those who end up on the losing side of a debate.

Had a pastor friend of mine tell me he’ll hold hands with a woman but will only lock his fingers when holding his wife’s hand.
His hand on her lower back did not look like “sweaty hands”. Too intimate touching. Actually I think he has gotten by with so much just like Obama, he now flaunts it in our faces just like Obama.
Been thinking that a lot lately.
Do you know the context of that video? Seems to me like Cruz is being kind to a child with some sort of developmental problem.
