Cruz also told reporters gathered in Fort Wayne, Indiana that hed only met Boehner two or three times. Which, in terms of actual numbers, may or may not be true, but the depth of these meetings was far greater than Cruzs statements suggested. Thats because he worked as Boehners attorney during the Ohio representatives federal lawsuit against Washington representative Jim McDermott in 1998.

Early in this race, I posted that Cruz had been Boehner’s lawyer in this case and was called a liar. Cruzbots sure live in denial.
He has certainly earned the title Lyin’ Ted! He might be the most natural liar in America.
Lyin’ Ted!!
I posted the same early on. It is found easily if you Google it.
Cruzbots ignored it.
Cruz reply when he was caught in the lie: “Ohhhhh...THAT John Boehner!!!”
Denial is a river that flows through the empty spaces between the ears of unconverTED Cruzlims.
Press secretary Catherine Frazier said: He was a junior associate and his involvement didnt extend beyond assisting with briefs and attending meetings with [Boehners] staff.
Speaking of denial: Cruz did not deny Boehner’s charge he was Lucifer. Just saying.
Very misleading story.
They not only ignored it, they call us liars. When, in reality, it is Ted Cruz who is the liar - about everything.
Let us say Cruz’s statement on meeting/working with Boehner is true. What kind of useless politician is Criz when he does not look to meet and get a working relationship with the speaker of the House?
I didn’t always lie. No, when I was a kid, I told the truth. But then one day, I got caught stealing money out of my mother’s purse. I lied. I told her it was homework - that my teacher told me to do it. And she got fired! Yeah, that’s what happened!
After that, lying was easy for me. I lied about my age and joined the army. I was thirteen at the time. Yeah.. I went to Vietnam, and I was injured catching a mortar shell in my teeth. And they made me a three-star general! And then I got a job in journalism, writing for the National Enquire.. er, Geographic! Yeah.. I was making twenty thousand a ye.. month! In fact, I won the Pulitzer Prize that year! Yeah, that’s the ticket.
And then my cousin died - Joe Louis - and I took it hard. Maybe too hard - I tried to kill myself. Yeahh.. I did kill myself! Sure! I was medically dead for a week and a half! It was a woman that brought me out of it - Indira Gandhi! Yeah, right.. And she told me about Pathological Liars Anonymous.
Oh, you’d be surprised how many famous people belong. In fact.. at one of the meetings I met my wife - Morgan Fairchild! Yes, I’m a change man now, and all because of Pathological Liars Anonymous. Why, I - I even have my picture on the cover of Newsweek magazine. Yeah. Every day! Yeah.. that’s the ticket! Yeah, you betcha!
This whole rant by Boner is DISINFORMATION.
I don’t know. I was surprised when my own congressman, who likes to work with people, told us whom he’s never met in DC. I assumed they all worked together. Cruz claims he and Mike Lee tried to meet with Boehner, but Boehner refused.
Sounds like O’bama and Blagojovech. They never met according to Barry, although several photographs showed them together leering at the camera.
King Ted, The Lyin’ Hearted
I believe this article is misleading in making it sound as if Cruz was Boehner’s only attorney. In 1998, Cruz was less than three years out of Harvard Law School and had been working for the firm which represented Boehner in the case less than one year. It is highly unlikely that Cruz, at that point, would have been the personal counsel to a sitting US Congressman in a Federal case involving the Speaker of the House. As a junior attorney, he was probably doing the research on the case to develop the legal briefs. I seriously doubt he was the lead on the case. It is quite possible that, although he worked on the case, he probably never met the client (Boehner).
