In the vast majority of cases, if a thug is worth shooting at all, he's worth shooting with lead and not with a Nerf toy.
I'm okay with testing this on the family dog, instead of killing an aggressive Labrador puppy, but human thugs deserve lead.

Soak Nerf-Bullets in Weaponized Mustard agent, Weaponized Benzine agent, or Weaponized Vomiting agent.

Sad commentary on what this country is becoming for sure.

Anyone that would want to be a LEO today needs a psych evaluation. I left it over two decades ago when I saw the writing on the wall. And it wasn't over fake accusations from hoodlums and other professional victim groups, but from WITHIN the department. That's what affirmative action has done to this country.
I could see intimate small towns being decent places to work in law enforcement, but those are becoming increasingly rare.

Yeah, but when the perp survives being shot by a racist cop, he’ll want all the moola from the lawsuit.
He’ll end up dead anyway when his relatives kill him.

Put a butt-load of diseases in the sponge.
Criminals will take the brass instead.

Won’t be much interest if it won’t kill a dog.

This is BS that is going to get cops hurt or killed.
If you don't comply with lawful orders from Police and are a threat to them or someone else your ass needs a Center Mass Double Tap with something that starts with .4 and can't be scrubbed off with Ajax.

I graduated from the DPD academy in May 1986 and would just be finishing 30 years now if I had stayed. I would definitely be taking that retirement now.
As it was, I stayed another 8 years. Only thing I miss is El Taquito restaurant and Whataburgers.

A sponge gun is one way to “wipe” out crime.

I live in a different city, where bad guys get shot, and it really is smart to be respectful to the cops when you get pulled over.

Are the criminals being armed with sponge guns as well, or do they get to fire real bullets?
