Like most NFL players, Drew Breeze understands that the deflategate charges are fraudulent.

Only people who don't know about football agree with Goodell and the appeals court decision.

“Only people who don’t know about football agree with Goodell and the appeals court decision.”

Another log for the logjam to pressure a SCOTUS appointment. A NY court overturns what was on it’s face a ridiculous suit brought by fools in the NFL HQ. NY courts will pustch it up the ladder. Pun intended.

Uh Oh!

You shall not Question the Supreme Soviet of the N.F.L. Drew Brees!

A Nice Quarterbacking Record you have there, would be a shame if anything happened to it.......

Once Brady played around with the cell phone and his text messages, the issue became less about football and more about power. The league finally won out over the players Union.

It's becoming more and more obvious, within the league and outside it,that the Pats did nothing wrong.

Of course the Jets will never acknowledge this.

I have not kept up with the NfL for many years. I did watch the last few minutes of the Denver/New England game and was really impressed with Brady.

The Denver defense was all over him almost as soon as he got the ball. He still managed to get the passes off and with some accuracy.

Total BS. This is about what powers the NFL commissioner legally has. And he has the power to do this. It has nothing to do with football specifically. It is a legal agreement between the Players Association and the NFL. This is legally the correct decision and will be upheld.

Maybe the Players Association needs to get a better deal next time.

People who know about collective bargaining agreements, knew that Goodell was a god in this decision. The players association negotiated him into that position. Who knew that Tommy the blameless would be a rather sleazy cheater.

Drew, who I like quite a bit, it a bit biased here after the NFL killed off the Saints dominant run with a much more heavy handed penalty.

The real point of all this is that the NFL is run by the government.

i am not a Brady or a pats fan. But the nfl is to blame for this mess.
The real issue, in my view, is why doesn’t the league have adequate control over the footballs? How hard can it be?
It’s an absolute disgrace and an insult to the fans who pay crazy money to go to the games to sit a generational qb down for 25% of one of his final seasons.

not sure about the footballs, or the labor contract. in my opinion, Brady lost this case when he eliminated his cell phone, citing some ridiculousness that it was broken. Courts do not like when a potential source of evidence is eliminated in some shady fashion. I believe this court in their dissertation cited this fact and I can tell you it loomed large.

The NFL doesn’t like all those white guys on the NE offense. Gotta get those stats down and teach them to get in line.

Not to mention Tom Brady is a staunch conservative who will most likely have a career in politics, so he must be destroyed now.
