Only people who don't know about football agree with Goodell and the appeals court decision.

Total BS. This is about what powers the NFL commissioner legally has. And he has the power to do this. It has nothing to do with football specifically. It is a legal agreement between the Players Association and the NFL. This is legally the correct decision and will be upheld.

Maybe the Players Association needs to get a better deal next time.

“This is about what powers the NFL commissioner legally has.”

Courts seldom interfere in cases when employers discipline employees. Only when the legal authority is egregiously exceeded do they intervene.

The first judge correctly ruled that Goodell had exceeded his authority. On appeal one judge ruled that Goodell had exceeded his authority. Two ruled that he had met the minimum standard.

The fact that two of four judges who have reviewed the case agree that Goodell was wrong shows that Brady has a good case. He should appeal.
