Hillary Clinton continues to maintain that she is not under criminal investigation, characterizing the FBI probe as just one of many "security reviews" that are being conducted.
But Napolitano said on Fox News' America's Newsroom Monday that "this is about as serious an investigation as there could be.... The FBI does not do security assessments, the State Department does. The FBI does criminal investigations."
He said on Friday that he believes the FBI has more than enough evidence to indict and convict Clinton.
The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming, Judge Napolitano stated. And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do. He said he is 100-percent certain that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.
Whether she is indicted or not, Hillary faces a catastrophe, Napolitano says. "Probably so catastrophic that she will be replaced on the Democratic ticket."

Is Napolitano ever right?
Yes, he is. It is the corrupt people in power that are wrong.
What scenario that he spelled out do you find wrong?
6 foot statue of Hillary?

Diego Garcia would be a good one or one of the uninhabited Azores.
Here is the pre-printed, leaked, statement planned by Trumps campaign. This might be a Free Republic exclusive:
President Trump Announcing Hillary Clintons Pardon
I do not consider your attempt here at humor here to be funny at all. Trump is the only candidate who has said that his justice department would investigate Hillary's email situation and go for a conviction if evidence of guilt was found.
We’ve been seeing the same kinds of breathless “the whole case is immimently poised to blow wide open” and “with all this horse manure, there’s got to be a pony in here somewhere” articles every couple of weeks since January, mostly by the same two or three sources.
I’m not holding my breath, and I’m not on the edge of my chair.
No one, including her supporters, can name a single thing she has EVER done to enhance or promote the national interests of the US in any positive way.
More wishful thinking that someday a Clinton will be held accountable for their actions.
More likely she gets a boost in the polls.
Those leaks could be prevented if a couple of key FBI agents, perhaps ones not yet known to the public, were to suffer odd but fatal accidents or have heart attacks on the same day.

I can.
She resigned.
I am so sorry that I insulted your sensibilities. Since you tattled to the Admins, they can determine if it is so offense that it requires zotting. I'm OK either way. Have a humorless day!
I pray, but not holding my breath.
I believe you posted it in on several threads and many people did not get that it was a joke. I seriously doubt that there is any chance you will be “zotted”, but the post should be deleted because it is really long, not funny, disruptive and a time waster.
I find it funny.
No one is forcing you the read anything. Serious time is being wasted talking about something that was a parody of President Ford’s pardon of President Nixon. I guess if you have to explain the joke, it is no longer funny in the eyes of the reader. I’ll make you a deal - if you see my screen name in the future, just move on....like I do with others here on FB.
>> Is Napolitano ever right? <<
I think it’s a 50-50 proposition. So yeah, he’s sometimes correct.
Whoa! You don't mess around! The only problem with that is it would make Bill so happy and I'm still not over his Presidency, though Obama and frankly Bush's second term did make me reconsider his a little more favorably.
The FBI can’t indict anyone. They can refer their findings and recommendations over to the Attorney General who has already been reminded by her boss that no crime was committed.
For example, he missed large on the Roberts' cave-in on Obamacare; Napolitano was sure that it would be ruled unconstitutional having no apparent sensitivity to the reality of a Chief Justice who was not about to let his President down. He's also rattled on about IRS corruption, etc., etc. He's great about ginning up our hopes, but its more like that old pub sign, Free Beer Tomorrow.
