You did not answer my question directly. Yes, he may be right on the fantasy of equal treatment under the law, what counts is what will happen in Realville. Historically, for his entire career on Fox, can you remember even one time when Napolitano called it, the final outcome, right?

For example, he missed large on the Roberts' cave-in on Obamacare; Napolitano was sure that it would be ruled unconstitutional having no apparent sensitivity to the reality of a Chief Justice who was not about to let his President down.
