In a head-to-head matchup of each partys frontrunner, Mrs. Clinton leads Mr. Trump by only 3 percentage points nationally (46 to 43; 11 percent undecided). Comparatively, Mr. Sanders fares slightly better against Mr. Trump (51/40/10).
The Republican Party has a strongly favorable political environment for winning the White House, said pollster Ed Goeas, president and CEO of The Tarrance Group. If a mainstream Republican candidate were the presumptive nominee, the GOP would likely be in a strong position for a lot of wins, top to bottom, in November.

That’s unpossible. Cruz losers told me Trump cannot defeat that old bag of crap.
Also, the headline clearly should've been "REPUBLICANS Overwhelmingly Engaged..."
These "hypothetical matchup" polls are pure propaganda, though.
Having said that, it's perfectly obvious that Donald Trump can defeat Hillary Clinton in November.
Vote Trump
The harsh political reality is that Trump is the only credible candidate who can defeat Hillary Clinton. If the Republican Party does not take control of the executive branch, the Federal regulatory agencies and the Federal judiciary, the US will be irrevocably harmed, impoverished and transformed with the Democratic commissars remaining in power. A Trump Presidency would not be ideal but it is the only rational political option decent people have at this time. A Clinton Presidency would be a cultural and economic catastrophe.
sanders’ different isn’t little!
we NEED the old battle ax to weasel her way to the nomination because she is SO beatable.
under 35 airheads love bernie the pervert communist
Trump is surging in EVERY poll by massive numbers in the last 2 weeks.
What this tells me is that 11% are undecided about Trump. I mean, if you have not already broken toward Hillary now, you never will be. If Trump can convince about half of them, he will win. The rest of the undecideds will just sit it out.

We will see how this shakes out after Tuesday. If Trump continues the surge Trump wins Indiana and may well win all the remaining states.
Let's rally all that we can to demonstrate the inevitability the next two weeks, and hopefully the anti-Trump Republicans will accept the inevitable.
I predict Donald Trump will sweep California and all of our 172 delegates.
California has 53 congressional districts. The winner only needs to win a congressional district by 50% plus one vote to take the 3 delegates for each district.
Them and the aging hippie crowd.
It is that formidable drawing power. He has attracted huge numbers of independents, Democrats and dormant Republicans. Their allegiance and motivation to vote is not easily transferable to another candidate. Its a cliche to state that this is a cross roads, critical election for the US but it really is. Elections are determined by those who actually vote and their numbers. A “silent majority” will be swept away if it remains dormant. Trump unlike the other Republicans has motivated people.
If the Media says Hillary and Trump are even, it means Hillary is LOSING BIG TIME
If so Trump needs at least 217 more delegates fro someplace else.
Xactly
Ive voted s8nce 1972. Ive never been less engaged than in this election.
If the Media says Hillary and Trump are even, it means Hillary is LOSING BIG TIME

Also if Shillary is the dim nominee, many Sanders supporters will no doubt either sit it out or cross over to vote for Trump.
