WINDSOR, United Kingdom - The Queen banned Obama from landing a dozen helicopters at Windsor Castle because last time he visited six of them ruined the lawn. The 90-year-old monarch is said to have told aides the helicopters were 'over the top' and they would be limited to three.
US Secret Service claimed it needed all twelve so agents could be in close proximity to the President when he came to the castle on Friday. The service also demanded to post guards inside the private dinner with the Queen and Obama, presumably to prevent the pensioner attacking the President.
Commenting on the three helicopter limit an insider told the Daily Star newspaper: "Various US aides said that wouldn't be possible. The President has a small army of Secret Service agents who follow him all over.
"They said they needed to be within reach of the President at all times. They also wanted guards posted inside the dining hall when he had lunch with the Queen. But Her Majesty refused to back down and said, 'three helicopters only'.
"The Secret Service had to go away and think about their plan. The President's officials were told that the Queen regarded Windsor Castle as her family home and the most important of all royal residences.
"They were told that the Queen was particularly sensitive to any potential damage to the castle and grounds. Eventually the Presidents aides accepted her wishes. She rarely imposes her will but when she does people listen it just took the US Secret Service agents a little time to realize that."

Bammy’s entourage telling the Queen of England that she doesn’t have enough good security.........I am laughing my head off at the arrogance. Yes, the Ugly ‘American’ comes to mind........
Volume II
Special branch, Royal Protection, And a Guards Regiment housed in the outer Bailey.
More fire power than Barry could muster in two hours.
Plus She Allegedly Packs heat in that handbag.
I don't doubt it. I lost my 15-year old lavender plants when the community association sent a new bunch of illegals to blow leaves off the front sidewalk with those backpack-powered leaf blowers. I can only imagine what a wreck three rotors would make to the typical English show gardens, delicate flowering trees, etc.
With good reason. Guilty conscience.
I wonder if Mooch made them turn the warship guns away again.
During the 2009 first inauguration Obama supporters knocked down some barriers at the Smithsonian and trampled the gardens there, ruining them.
One of the few, and pretty well buried, articles on that included an interview with an employee who had put something like 20 years into those gardens, and who was completely distraught.
A repeat of what happened August 24, 1814 would be doing both nations a big favor, hopefully with the 0bama´s in Residence, and Congress in session.
I really am so disgusted at our rulers that I'm not completely joking with that.
“...Doesnt the Queen have her own security?...”
I was replying to this comment made by Night Hides Not...
HER security doesn’t wreck her gardens....
“I wonder if obongo gave the queen another collection of his own speeches again? “

Insommnia is prevalent in older people——maybe his speech collecion DOES come in handy,if you get my meaning.
Well, shoot. His headlight was out. OK, it was daytime.....
Hey, I want the President protected, but why go overboard in an area that’s already very secure?
Id pay good money to see Prince Philip yelling Get off my lawn! from the parapet. Hed be a natural.
Clint Eastwood style except with a Lee Enfield.
With Obama I think a Martini Henry would be more appropriate.
Wouldn’t have bothered me a bit if the Queen had told him to take a hike.
Heh, good one.!!!
LoL !
*Not got one of those over the mantelpiece....*
Yes, but that's to prevent Obama from harming her, don't you see...
She's got Police Squad taking care of her.
