I don't doubt it. After all, people have tried to kill her before. The IRA planted a bomb in a house/hotel(?) she was coming to, about 30 years ago.

I was at Windsor about 1995ish. I had just stepped inside that wall when the guards came boiling out of the outer Bailey on an alert that clearly wasn't a drill. They were an impressive group and had their $hit together. Never did find out what set them off. An old guy at the pub across the street told me none of the royals were there at the time.
