Again, there are lots of reports of men using women’s restrooms, intimidating the women, taking pictures, etc.

Interesting article, and I stand corrected.
The subject came up yesterday on Fox News Sunday. Chris Wallace asked if this wasn’t perhaps a “solution looking for a problem”. The other panelists agreed, and one had interviewed several police officers, who said they could not recall any reports of this type of incidents. Wallace asked if anyone had heard of such an incident - they all shook their heads. Another panelist suggested the number of MTF transsexuals is extremely small, and those who would be interested in using their protected status to enter a ladies room must be negligible.
Then they all agreed, democrat and republican alike, that the question was likely being raised in the politically charged republican primary season in an attempt to create a “wedge” issue.
I realize I’m getting all my information from a single source, but I can honestly say that until I read the article you linked, I have never once heard of this issue being raised, other than as a hypothetical scenario.
Thank you for a very solid discussion, enumerated. There are more articles and complaints out there. They’re just being avoided by the MSM.
Also, I’ve looked at the Charlotte law and it absolutely doesn’t require any man in a woman’s restroom to be dressed as a woman, be made up like a woman, to have had any kind of cosmetic surgery, and not to have had any removal surgery.
They simply CUT an old section that made an exception for restrooms, and they added a new protected class, SOGI, sexual orientation gender identity.
That was it.
Do you think that boys should be molested by trannies, do you think that girls should be molested by trannies, or do you think nobody should be molested by trannies?
It’s not a hard question.
If they need to use a bathroom, they can do so at their houses, a port-o-potty (those are already gross), or at the mental institution they belong in.

Just exactly WHAT does the word “molested” mean? It seems to be thrown around quite liberally by those TOO freaked out by .03 % of the population needing to use a restroom....many of which don’t make an issue of who they are.
How long, on average, does someone stay in a restroom....including the time to wash their hands? A few minutes, at most!
I have spent more than three quarters of a century on this planet and living in the “real” world. There have been a few incidents in my life that weren’t exactly pleasant, but I don’t let them become an overriding obsession, nor do I submit myself to PANIC over something that may or may not ever come to pass for the large majority of the population. There is NO SUCH THING as a PERFECT world!
I find it increasingly disturbing to see otherwise intelligent people take off on a Panic Attack over something that is so low on the priority list that it is practically non-existent.

Your first sentence is an assumption, second sentence is a big well duh.
Cruz must have gotten his passport after he renounced his Canadian citizenship a little less than 2 yrs ago.
