Rush was saying he didn’t see anything wrong with what Ted has been doing - the RULZ, you know - since years and years and years.
Rush is not acknowledging why people are having the perception that it is a rigged system. He is not acknowledging that it has ALWAYS been a rigged system. Well, at least he acknowledged that this is one of the rare times when all of us are being treated to witnessing the sausage making. But he’s clearly not on our side with respect to those RULZ and the need to have a discussion about whether to reform them or form a new party.
Donald imho, is not whining and trying to get them to change the rules now - he actually said he was proud of himself for exposing the system.

There is a very, very clear perception that Cruz is cheating. To continue citing “rules” doesn’t change a perception. Why not try to actually find a way to win without giving off the percetpion, say by winning an election.
Rush is patiently explaining the rules to us, we are just not understanding it.

Rush is now justifying the system. How would we get a nominee if the delegates were all bound forever to their home state? Now talking about the 2000 election and how if it had gone to the House (repubs) it would have been Bush and there would have been calls about CHEATING!!
Now he is continuing justifying the system now and how we are all misunderstanding it. The delegates are up for grabs and candidates should go for them. It has always been this way.
He is justifying Cruz seeking to secure support for a 2nd or 3rd ballot. He says they are not trying to monkey with the 1st ballot.
