I really hope Laura pushes Cruz to explain how the Colorado/Wyoming Delegate crap actually works. When Sean Hannity asked him this same question, Cruz got really nasty and never answered it.

According to Rush and some joker the 1237 threshold is not binding. Means nothing. The vote at the convention is on the floor and it would mean that the 1237 is just an estimate. They can change any way they want. Then why in the hell does the RNC bother inconveniencing the voters with something like the will of the people when it means jack shi!. Trump is right. This hold thing is pure crap and is a fix. Hundreds of millions of dollars and inconveniencing voters lost.
