In an email sent yesterday as Secretary of State John Kerry was signing a global “climate change” agreement at the United Nations, President Obama, who was in Great Britain, said that the United States was “the world’s second-largest source of climate pollution.”

Obama’s message was sent to the White House email list and posted on the White House website.

“This is important because the impact of climate change is real,” Obama said in his email.

“As the world’s second-largest source of climate pollution, America has a responsibility to act. The stakes are enormous—our planet, our children, our future,“ Obama said. “America is leading the fight against climate change.” …

He does that so the EPA can pass regulations in lieu of laws that Congress won’t pass.

If that is so, perhaps we should institute a sustainable society.

1. We can start by raising only enough food for our own citizens and make exports and imports of food illegal.

2. We can provide our own energy and stop importing oil from abroad.

3. We can withdraw all our foreign military presence and commitments abroad. We can turn a blind eye to world crises and let each continent take care of its own.

4. We can stop seeking for cures for illnesses not affecting our own nation.

5. We can stop contributing to the United Nations programs and their budgets for world-hopping plutocrats.

6. We can stop tourists coming here because it increases pollution here and we can prohibit travel abroad by our own citizens, shutting down international airlines and cruise lines.

7. We can stop all immigration, legal and illegal at least until we become fully self-sustaining. We can also prohibit international students from coming here.

8. We can stop importing any foreign products, especially from politically-correct Europe and politically-incorrect China. We can start paying much, much more for smart phones and computers and other high technology.

Once we do this, perhaps the self-righteous liberals here and in the world at large would rethink whether demonizing the United States as a polluter is inimical to their own well-being.

Gee. Then all of these decades of vehicular emissions regulations and industrial emissions regulations have been for naught!

Just exactly what IS “climate pollution”, anyway?

These people have a most highly developed capability of taking known words of specific definition of the English language, then stringing them together into some fashion which communicates no intellectual content whatsoever.

How do you “pollute” climate? Not exactly an oxymoron, but it is like using pancakes to shingle your house, it makes no sense. Pollution is not something you do to climate. You may pollute air, or water, both of which are elements of climate, but they are NOT “climate”.

You pollute water, then take steps to clarify it, and if the right protocol is followed, it may even be drinkable. Our sewage systems are examples of deliberate pollution of water, yet eventually the water is returned to the environment. Likewise, with the atmosphere made up of some 20% oxygen, some 79% nitrogen, and some fraction of other compounds in gaseous form, most notably water vapor, which has a widely varying presence in the atmosphere, and a very small fraction of carbon dioxide, which, despite legal definition to the contrary, is NOT a pollutant. Trees, grass, algae, and even tomato plants breathe up this carbon dioxide, turning it into free oxygen on a continuing basis, while turning the now combined carbon and water into various forms of hundreds or thousands of different compounds, carbohydrates.

Some of which you wear, or you eat, or use to build houses.

The “problem” with pollution is actually, over time, self-correcting. Given the means to facilitate this correction (other than by absolute prohibitions against any act that may result in “pollution”), in solving the problem there may very well be a new consequence, in which life for all mankind and the earth itself may be enriched, and the triumph of technology wins again.

I am here in China, presumably the number one polluter.

The gap between number one and number two is enormous. Most days, the visibility here is under 1/4 mile. Can’t drink the water either.

It seems to me that efforts should be focused on China. Perhaps establishing significant tariffs on Chinese products until they clean up their act would be a start..

Absolutely right. Obama hates whites/Jews America, our values and life style.
He has been the worst, most divisive president ever.
(and we surely don’t need another foreign born with sealed records)

I notive a subtle change in the wordings of these freaks. It is now climate pollution. Soon, the mark will be moved to cover all manner of pollution and leave the 'carbon lie' to fester. Hopefully

The modernized world has not done a good job controlling pollutants. There are several chemicals polluting the planet that are not be addressed because of this faux carbon meme. The carbon meme is about profits by the globalist banking oligarchy. The other pollution realty does make these bastards money, so they don't care about it.
