House Speaker Paul Ryan (R.-Wis.) declined to take a position on the North Carolina law that requires people to use the restroom that corresponds with their biological sex or the Mississippi law that protects religious organizations and individuals from being forced to act against their consciences on matters involving same-sex marriage, sex outside marriage or transgenderism. Im not going to comment on what various different states are doing. Again, all of our committees that have jurisdiction in this area look at this issue. But its not my place to get involved in what each state is doing. To be quite honest, Im not sure of what all of the details of those laws are.

He declined to take a position in a NC bathroom?
I’ll bet if one of his daughters was included in the conversation he’d have an opinion.
Linda Graham said his office bathroom is open to Ryan and others.
The answer is in Isaiah 3:4.
Well, that’s really taking a stand on the issue; squarely on the fence!
Is that Paul Ryan, or Johnny Manziel?
What a good politician
Typical GOP.
No spine + no moral fibre.
The perverts’ best friend.
Die, die, GOP! Die in flames!
Another Pontius Pilate moment, brought to you by the rino goper vichy republican uniparty establishment.
After all its a tougher spot to be in even than deciding if an innocent man should be killed. /s
For once he gets something right.
This is a state-level issue. The fedguv has no business poking its nose into this.
This year we have had a great deal of enthusiasm for Mr. T., but it is starting to stink.
You can not make America Great Again by allowing 1000 babies to be murdered every single day, nor by allowing homosexuality to be considered ok. Those were not the values of this Country when it was Great and they won't be in the future.
James Woods understands we.ve bigger fish to fry rather than carrying on about the whining of a very small % of folks having a
lol
Nobody is saying he has to get the Feds involved in the issue. Just wanted to know where he stood. Isn’t he a leader? Aren’t they supposed to have opinions? And now I know. The POS is a yellow-bellied coward, who is obviously beholden to the degenerates that turned the country into such a sick, depraved sewer. Just like the vast majority in the GOP. Ryan fits right well there in the seat that hosted Denny Hastart and Nancy Pelosi. I’d like to spit in the bastard’s face.
Three, four years ago, any leader in their right mind would proudly and vocally state male perverts should not be allowed into women’s restrooms, locker-rooms, showers, and such. But nope, not in this depraved homo-America of 2016.
Paul Ryan needs to know this— If he allows some no name no votes worthless POC to be nominated outside the rules ( 40b)— He will have quite a mess and a bad place in history.I think very little of him. That may be dropping.
‘Cuz America is ancient Israel and anyone who says otherwise is going straight to hell.
10 For I do not want you to be unaware, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud and all passed through the sea; 2 and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea; 3 and all ate the same spiritual food; 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from a spiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ. 5 Nevertheless, with most of them God was not well-pleased; for they were laid low in the wilderness.
6 Now these things happened as examples for us, so that we would not crave evil things as they also craved. 7 Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and stood up to play. 8 Nor let us act immorally, as some of them did, and twenty-three thousand fell in one day. 9 Nor let us try the Lord, as some of them did, and were destroyed by the serpents. 10 Nor grumble, as some of them did, and were destroyed by the destroyer. 11 Now these things happened to them as an example, and they were written for our instruction, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.
